Berlin Hostels

"this hostel is amazing. the location is perfect you can do anywhere you want from the hostel, it took 5 minutes to the nearest station. near shopping center aswell which is amazing. they served free coffee & tea, there’s a fully equipped kitchen that you can use, and the bathroom is so clean & spacious!"

"This was a great place to stay with KitKat Club, Tresor & Berghain nearby. Got on great with all of my dorm-mates during my 5 nights stay over the long Easter weekend. I highly recommend this hostel."

"Generator Berlin Alexanderplatz is a fantastic choice for travelers looking for a modern, affordable, and centrally located place to stay in Berlin. Situated right next to Alexanderplatz, the hostel offers excellent access to public transport, making it easy to explore the city’s main attractions, restaurants, and nightlife. The design of the hostel is stylish and contemporary, with a vibrant atmosphere that appeals especially to young travelers and backpackers. The common areas, including the lounge and bar, are lively and well-maintained, creating a great space to meet other guests and socialize. Rooms are clean and comfortable, with options ranging from shared dormitories to private rooms. While dorms can feel a bit busy at times, they are well-organized and provide secure storage for belongings. The beds are comfortable, and the overall cleanliness of the facility is commendable. The staff are friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with directions, recommendations, or any issues during your stay. The hostel also offers useful amenities such as free Wi-Fi, luggage storage, and 24-hour reception, which adds to the convenience. One minor downside could be the noise level, especially in the evenings due to the bar and central location. However, this is expected in such a lively area and may not be an issue for those looking to enjoy Berlin’s energetic vibe. Overall, Generator Berlin Alexanderplatz delivers great value for money, combining comfort, location, and a social atmosphere. It is highly recommended for budget-conscious travelers who still want a stylish and enjoyable stay in Berlin."

"pod was clean and decently comfy, yes the mattress is abit thin but it was still alright! noise level was minimum apart from the guy in the pod below snoring one night.. but if you are a light sleeper hostels arent for you anyways! toilets were amazing, i loved that there was a combined toilet+shower which felt very private 🙏🏻 mirror in the pod was really useful too. would 100% go back 👍🏻"

"Fairly modern, super convenient location, great value accommodation and very helpful, friendly staff"

"Good hostel, modern, definitely recommended. The lounge area is nice, but there’s no kitchen as indicated here. Friendly staff as well"

"Just a clean, stress-free place for solo travelers, I guess? The bathroom cleanliness was a liiittle bit disappointing, but it's still cleaner than most hostels in Europe. I'd probably stay here again if I come back to Berlin."

"I liked this hostel. The stuff was very helpful. Great location. Would stay here again."
