Basically. We get nothing even thru it is a vip hotel. Not much service from the hotel. And seem the property is converted to a hotel from an office building.

The service was great, and the location was very good. In a walking distance to everything I wanted to see. The only complaint was the shower, which was either too hot or too cold. Otherwise a great stay at a great Hotel!

Beautiful room and two features that I just tell for it. An amazing balcony where I was able to enjoy my morning coffee and a perfect shower with great water pressure. Thank you for offering such a good property with great location

I've stayed at the Cosmo a couple of times, before and after babies. It's a wonderful hotel; the staff is very friendly and efficient; and they accommodated us with cribs for our twins, hot water for bottles, etc. We'll be back the next time we're in Berlin!
