The location is good, with S-Bahn and U-Bahn around and it gets to most places in Berlin.
Plenty of options of food for breakfast. The hotel is clean and tidy. The capsule coffee machine in the room didn’t work but they came and fixed it during the way so it was fine.
The only drawback is the hotel check in system: the self-check in doesn’t work and it just creates more work for the reception.

Good hotel in a convenient location: near a big shopping mall, public transport and direct line to the airport.
Not city center, but well connected.

Convenient public links to the various parts of the city. Easy to get to from airport by public transport. Just a few minutes walk to the hotel from the station. Pleasant neibourhood.
