This was a great though compact apartment in a very nice and chilled city. It's convenient to the airport (€20 taxi ride) but about a mile off the beaten track for restaurants and shops. It was very hot when we were there so uncomfortable for us and sadly there was no air conditioning which made sleep difficult. However it was spotlessly clean and very much to our needs. We were disappointed with the one breakfast we booked as it was quite poor and amounted to a very basic yoghurt, muesli, croissant fare with no cereals or hot food or even cold meat or cheeses. Overall we were delighted with our stay as the staff were friendly and helpful and it was great value for money.

I tried calling to make a booking. I am visiting as a tourist from South Africa. As soon as the receptionist answered I politely asked if they spoke English, he just hung up the phone in my ear. I tried calling back twice but he left it ringing and to go to voicemail. I should have taken the reviews on Google seriously when they said the staff give bad service but I always try to give the benefit of the doubt.

The location was good, right next to the sea so brilliant views.

All the information they gave me on the phone before I arrived was wrong (how many beds, what type of accommodation, views) all backwards. The sofa bed is not a place where you can sleep, impossible; soft, full of springs, with a hole in the middle, noisy and if you share it and the one next to you moves, you bounce. Apparently all the views of the sea come to be that if you look halfway out of the terrace then you see it to your left. The pool also did not open on the date they told us, due to technical problems. We won't be back and we don't recommend it.

Good stay in Biarritz, 4-star hotel in a good location but the comfort of the rooms needs to be reviewed because the bed is a sofa, a bathtub with rust, no hair dryer and you have to wait 5 minutes each time to get water hot minimum it is rather a 2 star.

Superb and well maintained residence. The possibility of coming with your dog is a real plus, as is the parking lot! A rare advantage over Biarritz :)
The studio is quite small, but it is enough for 3 nights. Only downside, it is asked to do the dishes etc. before leaving, but no product is available, not even soap in the kitchen. It is therefore necessary to buy dishwashing liquid, tea towels etc….. even for 3 nights. The residence is well located, allow 25 minutes to reach the center of Biarritz on foot. We will come back!

Excellente prise en compte à notre arrivée suite à un problème de réservation via la plate-forme PVPC. La réceptionniste fut bienveillante et à l'écoute. Les propositions furent tout à fait adaptées. La suite du séjour se déroula de la même manière.
