Location was great. Honestly I would not book again. Building 3 had a fly trap but it just attracted all the flies and anytime we’d open our door we’d get about 5 flies into our room.
Cleanliness is the reason why I wouldn’t go back. I got bed bugs as well. I slept with my children in the room so specially that bed, but my husband slept on the pull out couch (super thin mattress and uncomfortable, which is expected unfortunately) but he didn’t get bed bug bites.
The only good thing is that we were there for Fourth of July and being lakeside the view was amazing both morning and evening.

We had an excellent enjoyable stay at this hotel. It’s literally walking distance to the lake and the community per se it’s a convenient and perfect place to spend time with the family in beautiful Big Bear.

We went for 1 night just to go to the snow. Big Bear it’s already a special place for me and my family, but it was more much special cos our 1 bed condo was so nice, spacious and comfy. We actually got there 1 hour and 20 min before our check-in time and no like other places, the guy very nicely without even mentioning the time, he help us and we were on our way to our condo. The place had a few signs of being old, but small details. This place was great n must likely we’ll be back.

Very comfortable place to stay, but the decor is dated and amenities need to be replaced (no stopper in sink, shower curtain had no liner, pillows were flat, games available for checkout were very old/worn and missing pieces). Parking was difficult at night. But gosh, you sure can't beat the VIEW! It's right on the lake.

Lovely rooms right next to Big Bear Lake. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Just a ten minute drive to Snow Summit, and around fifteen minutes to Bear Mountain. Very family oriented, and the indoor heated pool and jacuzzi is fantastic after a great day of skiing!

This is one of our favorite places at Bear. If you're looking for a 5 star resort this isn't your place. Though nothing in bear really is. If you want cute- great amenities and peaceful. This is it.

had a nice one night stay
Before booking i was afraid it would be old and outdated but it’s definitely not as bad as some reviews i read on yelp
it’s not a five star resort but it was clean and comfortable
