Good friendly service. The breakfast was good and the counter crew helped to book local taxis. Directions and locations of tourist destinations were well briefed by the crew during check in.

ホテルのある場所は観光地から少し外れた所にあり、ガイド無しの旅行者には向いてないかもと思いました。
でもホテルの中はエントランスもとても斬新で素敵だし、
スペイン語も英語も話せない私達ですがフロントやバーのスタッフはとても感じが良くて安心して宿泊することができました！お部屋はとても広くて清潔感があり良かったです。

這次到西班牙訂的最成功的酒店，房間很寬敞，每一層還有直飲水機，房間有咖啡機，每天都有膠囊供應。酒店的服務也很好，前台很熱情。走到地鐵站大約需要十分鐘。

我不是一個高分的人。
主要馬桶不是很乾凈，沖水有問題。第一個雙人床房間還不錯，還有espresso的咖啡機，後來換到的大床房就很小，窗外景也比較差，咖啡機也沒了。但是房間都有些怪味，不喜歡。總體就是經濟型酒店的感覺，還好接待處很熱情。另外吹風機很爛，還是壞掉的，但是打電話後馬上送來了。
