Santiago Apartments Bilbao

Lovely apartments with very friendly staff. The location is good, about ten minutes walk from the Gugenheim and about 15 minutes to the old town. Lots of shops and bars around. Big supermarket just around the corner which was very handy. If ever going back to Bilbao I would stay here again, Only little complaint would be that as we were on the 7th floor the lift could be a bit noisy at times, but small price to pay for such comfortable and well equipped apartment.

We loved the apartment where we stayed. Large windows that opened and let in a lot of light. Comfortable bed and pillows. Plenty of fresh towels. Cleaning staff were efficient and quick. Reception staff were wonderful and very helpful when we needed them. A very short walk to a large grocery store. A couple of minutes’ walk to the Gran Vía; so, you are very close to plenty of restaurants and shopping. Approximate 20-minute walk to the old town or the Guggenheim or the San Mamés football stadium. All in all, a great place to stay.

The front desk staff are friendly. Convenient transportation. Spacious rooms where you can relax. Supermarkets are nearby. Everything is great.

I barely review any hotel but this one was a great find. EXCELLENT LOCATION! You can walk to the Guggenheim or many many restaurants around.

Nice and spacious serviced appartments. Very kind and profesional staff. Very good location in the center área of Bilbao. Parking availability and good business Lunch at the restaurant. Value for money. Business and Administrative centers reachable on foot

Way Overpriced Pension Equivalent to a U.S. Extended Stay, double the price, but more like a 1 star Spanish pension in accommodations. Beyond the 2 non-functional lights, the crappy waterboard bed, cramped time-capsule shower, white-stained couch, and skid marks on the wall, I withhold recommendation unless your looking for Section 8 housing while visiting the museum. Ripoff unless you get this somehow under a hundred - and even then you’ll still have all the above to luxuriate in.
