Premier Inn Blackpool (North Pier)

I booked this Premier Inn due to having a dance competition at Blackpool Tower. Location was ideal for us. We parked in the West Street multi-storey. There is no discount with this multi-storey if staying in the Premier Inn. Cost £19 for 24 hours. Upon arriving at the North Pier Premier Inn, we were greeted by Melisa and Mike. Both were lovely and bubbly and explained everything we needed to know. They said to let them know if we needed anything, which we didn't. Had a lovely nights sleep and would definitely be back and stay here again. Thank you, Melisa and Mike!

We decided to stay in Blackpool, as this Hotel is in the town centre and close to the seafront. We arrived in Blackpool at little early for checkin, but they let us leave our bags whilst we went out for a walk. The room was very clean and quiet even though it was on the main street, and it had a bath which is often a bonus. Our sleep wasnt the best as the bed creaked and was lumpy which was disappointing, and took the shine off our stay. We raised the issue at checkout and was told all complaints are to be directed via head office so we must wait to find out the reply to our complaint.

Great location. We stayed in Blackpool due to my neice having a dance competition at Winter Gardens. This location was amazing as it was a 5 minute walk. It was also close to the sites, so the kids didn't miss out on stuff before heading to the comp. We had a family room, 2 adults and 2 kids, and paid £10 for early check-in. It's definitely worth it. We had breakfast both days for £10.99 per day, which was ace. Kids are free. Lovely staff and great room. Car park is the multi-story up the road, we were there from 11 am Friday until 5 pm Sunday, and it cost £17 as you get a discount through the hotel. We ate in the restaurant on the hotel on the Saturday as the kids were knackered. Great food, like a posher Wetherspoons.

First of all when we arrived long check in line. Then a poor woman wanting to check in and they had checked a stranger in under her name and chucked the stranger out as she was staying in another hotel. Gave the lady who was staying there a new room (no offer of an upgrade to prem plus). Got to our rooms (we had two rooms). Beds lumpy, pillows flat. When asked to clean the rooms it was like "What needs doing". To me a room clean means a room clean. We had to book each moring for breakfast but when we got down there just done what every other premier inn does and asks for our room number to tick off. Fried eggs under done and my other half had the runs from it. Partner paid for ultimate WiFi only for the WiFi to be down. Asked for loo paper to be handed it and told to do ourselves. Avoid this prem inn at all costs.

We had a great stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean. Breakfast was good and plenty off. Definitely stay again

I visited Blackpool last year September and I stayed in this hotel. Absolute love it. Local area city centre next to the North pier and the shops are very local on the train station and bus station. Also they have a train station and local bars taxis

Hotel was spotlessly clean. Staff lovely. Bins not emptied during our 2 night stay. I find this extremely unacceptable.

On arrival, the staff were very friendly and polite, couldn't have been more helpful if they tried. The room was very clean, spacious enough for what you need, and baby's cot was set up ready for us. Checking in and out was easy, and even stored our bags for us before checking in, and after checking out. The bed and pillows were super comfy, I didn't want to get out of the bed! Had the best nights sleep I've had in a long time - and I think our baby did too seen as she didn't wake up until 8.30am! The shower was great too, really powerful. Thank you for the amazing 2 nights/3 day stay. We will be back in the very near future. It was our first time staying (I usually go to b&bs) but I now won't be going anywhere else.

We booked a short half term break. The room was perfect for our needs Every single staff member we interacted with were friendly and extra helpful. We booked in for breakfast each day which was a buffet with a wide range of delicious breakfast items and covered everybody’s needs We were able to change our time slot depending on our planned activities as long as we gave enough notice We also ended up eating there each evening more for ease and convenience but the food was tasty, well presented and value for money
