Caresse, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, Bodrum

We booked the two bedroom family suite and we could not have been happier , unor and umut at Conceirge made my stay supreme , this is going to be my favorite hotel when I visit bodrum . Beach and swimming pool were impeccably clean and well maintained , my kids who are 3 and 6 had such a good time , everyone was friendly and everyone spoke good English .

It was a short stay but enough to say that the service at this property is definitely A+. The welcoming team created unforgettable memories for us. I do not remember all the names, but Javid, Ece, and their team are truly gems of the property. Ece was all around of us to make sure any details are handled perfectly. Apologies to those I forgot to mention! The service at the beach from Mete and Gursel was excellent; they were always attentive and proactive. One of the best breakfasts I've had at a hotel. The employees there were also great, especially Aaron, Ercan, and their manager, Nurcan Hanim. Rooms are spotless and well designed you feel relaxed and at home. This Hotel is very beautiful and we had a great time, but what made this hotel so special and made it stand out, was some of the staff. From the concierge, who were 2 amazing brothers, Umut and Onur who were so professional and informative. They went beyond their call of duty to make sure we had a great time. when we would return from our day they were eager to find out how it went and what we liked and didn't like. This was so important to me and my friend. It showed that they cared. I also wanted to recognize a few other staff members that really stood out and made my trip that much more exceptional. It was perfect, even off-season. Restaurant, meal, atmosphere… was great, Ulaş bey from the Glass bar, Melissa hanım from spa, and all others was super nice. We wanted to spend 3 days by chilling, self care, spa etc. and Caresse was perfect place for it.

We went to Caresse 10th of August to have a nice day with our international friends but it turned to a nightmare. I advise to everyone to double check the bills. They are overcharging and not able to return the bill afterwards. On top due to rush, we forget 2 kids swimsuits over there unfortunately they couldn’t find it and not responding our queries. Total disaster overall! Please think twice if you are going to book or going to Caresse Bodrum! And my advice not go !

I traveled to many countries in the world and I always prefer marriot group because I like 5 star service, but what I saw today in this caresse hotel doesn’t represent marriot hotel at all . Today is 8 of August at 12:00 pm all the staff in the lobby was talking to as in bad way and told as to leave the hotel and shouting to my sisters all this problem just because we want to inter the buddha bar beach club . The hotel service and staff must not be under marriot name. FYI : its not luxury at all. we also witnessed to other arguments between the staff and other customers

Our visit at Caresse was ruined by their terrible customer service. The staff was unwelcoming, and each worker seemed to enforce different policies. This inconsistency disrupted our plans to enjoy the beach, as we spent our morning dealing with their unhelpfulness. When we tried to discuss our situation, they simply suggested we leave or go to an another beach. To make matters worse, I witnessed two other arguments between the staff and other guests. Their lack of professionalism and care was unacceptable. I do not recommend staying at Caresse

My recent stay at this hotel was absolutely memorable. The turquoise beach, white sand and infinity pool provided a stunning backdrop for relaxation. The hotel size was intimate, not overcrowded and every aspect felt luxurious. I was in a marine suite which had direct access to the beach and a wonderful terrace of its own with sun loungers which meant you could continue in the sun from the privacy of your room. The rooms were cleaned and serviced to perfection. One aspect that caught my attention was the interesting art throughout the hotel. While it added a creative touch, I couldn't help but feel that it was displayed in a somewhat ad hoc manner. My only suggestion would be for the hotel to curate these artworks as a gallery, which would enhance the overall aesthetic and experience. In conclusion, this hotel offers a memorable getaway experience with outstanding service. The turquoise beach, combined with the exceptional service provided by Ece, Onur, Nurcan and especially Aaron! made our stay truly special. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a unique and creative escape. I have stayed all over Bodrum and this is the best hotel to date. I can’t wait to return next year.
