The hotel is located on the main road of Bologna, across the road from the Cathedral. On the day of the check-in, a grand religious celebration is held, as it is close to the road and you can walk through the road to feel. The room is large, especially the bathroom, and it is no exaggeration to say that you can dance inside. There is an emergency alarm rope near the toilet and the shower. I have pulled two times in the unknown. I have to call the security immediately and need no assistance. It is quite professional and safe. The bathroom accessories are famous Italian brands, the quality is very good, they are brought back to China after they have not been used up, especially like it. The breakfast room was slightly crowded and the dishes were average, but there were even porridge dishes. Later, I learned that there were Japanese monks and local religious groups to hold a friendly relationship and cooperation ceremony during the stay. It was very interesting to walk from the hotel. The restaurant waiter also asked us about Chinese tastes and Chinese cuisine. Although the English communication between the two sides could not convey the essence of Chinese food, they communicated clearly with the help of the body language and imagination. The breakfast was really good. A cultural exchange platform, the restaurant waiter is also very friendly. In general, although it is not the best hotel in Italy, it is also a great place to experience.

On our round trip through northern Italy, we stopped in Bologna from 24.7.-25.7.22. We had booked a Classic double room at UNAHotels Bologna Centro via an online platform. Likewise, we already know UNAHotels from previous stays in other cities. The hotel is located outside the old town. It's a comfortable 20-minute walk. Unfortunately, the check-in did not work smoothly. The room was not ready at 13.15. The reception could not even check us in. They could only do that when the room was ready. I have never experienced anything like this and it has never happened in any other UNA hotel. Fortunately, we were able to drop off the luggage. A garage is also an advantage in Bologna. The reservation worked without a problem here, cost 22 euros per night. The room was very good. Size, comfort and cleanliness were perfect. The bathroom is also good. Everything necessary is available. Modern furnishings. Our request for a room on the upper floors was met. Wifi is good. The breakfast has everything you could want. Despite the discrepancies at check in, we can recommend the UNAHotels Bologna Centro.

Location is excellent, just across the railway station. There are also sandwich stalls, shops and restaurants just right beside the building. The front desk person is very friendly and gave good suggestions on where to visit and dine. Room was newly renovated and spacious and have lift access. Basic amendities are available as well as flask to boil water for hot coffee. Wifi connection was stable too. Would recommend this hotel.

The hotel staff were very friendly and professional. I was offered to change a room for one of the higher levels when I arrived after paying the difference of the price, and I agreed with pleasure. The room was very beautiful. The only sin, not negligible given the level of the room, was the finding of a long black hair (not clearly of my property since I am shaved nor of the other person host) in the bedroom of the mattress and a cup of coffee used by the previous guest on the terrace balaustral.

You can leave your luggage before check-in from 8am. All the employees are kind and friendly. Towels are free and you can request as many towels as you want. It would be better to ask for at least two towels for wiping your feet. Maybe it was just the room I stayed in, but there was no electricity in the shower booth, so I took a bath using the light from the toilet. There is a locker with a key in the room. There was also a hair dryer in the room. However, it's farther from the station than I expected. That's the only difficulty.

Good, solid 4 star hotel. Not far from the city center, around 2km, you can get there with ease by foot or take a bus. Room was clean with a great view of San Luca sanctuary (ask foom on 5th floor, wtih courtyard view). The was on kittle we should be in 4* hotel. Breakfast was rally good with a wide range of products, however most of them were sweet bakery. Staff was helpful, we had an issue with the fridge and they sorted it out. Superior quality of room service - our room was daily cleaned, towels changed, soap and gel delivered etc. Bravo. If there could be a chance I would stay there once again.

The self-check-in process was very easy and convenient. I received all the instructions via email and was able to check into my room without any problems. The room was clean and tidy. They cancelled my stay with 2 days notice because I did not check my emails within 24 hours, apparently my card declined. I called as soon as I found out and managed to get signal and check my email but they had already sold my room. 24 hours notice is pathetic especially for travellers who are constantly coming in and out of wifi/connection, let alone checking emails while trying to find a way around a new city. Staff were rude and unhelpful, their response to a previous review was incredibly rude as well saying it is not their responsibility and that their terms are clearly labelled when they are not. I had paid a 10 euro deposit and it said the rest was to be paid upon arrival. Everywhere is booked out now as I’m going for the Grand Prix I have spent the past 5 hours calling hotels and hostels looking for accomodation, they are all sold out let alone even something I can afford (booked this 5 months ago for about 100 euros, the cheapest I can find in bologna is now 500 euros) They obviously do not care about their customers, and this is clearly also a cash grab since I got it for a cheaper price booking so long ago, and they are able to upsell due to the Grand Prix. I am lucky enough now (after 5 hours of looking) to have found accomodation in Rimini (I still paid 300 euros for it though), but I now have to change all of my trains, and will be spending an extra 40 minutes each day trying to get to the Grand Prix. They are extremely rude and unprofessional, and if you book with them make sure you have a backup place to stay.
