La Carmela de Boracay Hotel

We had a problem in our room nevertheless the service was fast and they immediately take action. Thank you for the wonderful service.

We have a lovely stay here at La Carmela! If not the best, ONE OF THE BEST budget friendly hotel. Clean rooms, change of towels every day are available. Friendly and nice staff! Located at the Center of happenings in Boracay, accessible to ATM and Convenient stores and many more. Highly recommend

Budget friendly. Not satisfied with the policy of the hotel. Everything has fees like towel. Cleaning the hotel was not mandatory. You need to wait for your queue. I am not breakfast satisfied. Anyway, The only best thing that they have were the Staff. See it for yourself

Hotel (east wing, there's multiple parts!) was outdated but clean and functional. Haven't spend much time in the room but you get what you pay for basically. The only thing that has been quite bad is the breakfast. Assisted buffet. It's like walking down the prison line to get your grub. Quality of food is also not great.

We enjoyed our stay. Their breakfast buffet is so giving 💯. Location wise,,,,it’s minutes away from the beach… The room we stayed in was spacious. I guess they just need to have their towels for their guest to have it free instead of having it rented because we are their guests anyway. (outside towels) Also, they need to have their landline checked because it was broken and we’re on the 4th floor.. good thing they have staff on that floor and we were able to request toilet paper. Overall stay was good, they just need to consider the concerns of the guests for improvement, such as their rented towels and the broken landline.

La Carmela de Boracay has so many staff to accomodate all our needs. With Courteous, industrious and kind staff. With easy access to their pool and the hotel was located near the beach area.

Staff are very friendly, the food are good amenities are well maintained! The staff really taking initiative to help you out also to guide you. The hotel pool is so beautiful, also amenities are kids friendly. Definitely will check in again the room is so big as well

Prompt action was observed when I report the issue of leaking AC. They installed a new ac in our room however when I ask them for a new plastic bag for my room coz the rubbish overflows, they weren’t able to give me one. Overall, very good same goes to the breakfast we availed, but next time how I wish got chorizo & salted fish. Heheh i just miss those.
