Love staying at historic hotels that are kept in tip top shape. Perfect location to Pearl Street and Boulder Theatre. Rooms were Clean, Restaurant was amazing and plenty of chairs around to sit and relax anywhere in the hotel and listen to Jazz. Will be back!!!

I love this classic hotel. She feels like a perfectly kept time warp. I prefer the original rooms in the old building but the newer wings rooms are more spacious and very nice too. You can walk all of downtown Boulder from the hotel. Great lobby and restaurants and bar.

Excellent value. This historic hotel is convenient to the Pearl St., Mall, has great bars and restaurants in the hotel, a super friendly staff and valet parking with a garage right next-door. The rooms are a little bit older, but they are perfectly fine. Great bed,clean linen, new towels. Great part of town compared to the chain hotels. No question I will stay here again next time.

One night stay on a very cold night in Boulder, but location and lobby fire was perfect. Bar and restaurant were great too.

Thoroughly enjoyed this hotel except for the difficulty in parking. There is valet for $30/night. The weather was treacherous, so in spite of fee, I used it. The room was very nice, clean, lots of light, relatively quiet. I also enjoyed the restaurant and overall atmosphere. Overall, I’d recommend this hotel. Just be prepared for paying to park.
