"Staff was pleasant and hotel relatively clean. Breakfast was marginal, at best. The biggest complaint I have is the charge upfront for "incidentals" (20% of the rate). I just learned that even though we had no incidentals the charge to my credit card for that was not credited at checkout, but instead will show up on my credit card later. I was informed that could take up to 2 weeks! Choice Hotels or the individual hotel are thus using every patron's money for 2 weeks--I call that a scam!"

A very good value compared to other hotels that are close to Pearl Street. The only downside: no breakfast in the morning, only coffee. Recommended for a stay for Pearl Street browsing."
