Quality Inn West

The motel was better than expected.  There’s a separate breakfast room with a hot breakfast.  There is also an indoor heated pool and hot tub.  It is located close to most of the attractions in 10 minutes from downtown.   I did have issues with the TV not working, but the staff was very attentive and replaced the TV twice quickly.  Good Wifi as well.

Nice stay, clean, good breakfast. Parking can be difficult due to the nature of the location of the hotel on a hill. Car was facing down hill. Would stay again.

Quality Inn West was perfectly located within walking distance of the show I saw in Branson, MO. The place and my room were clean and totally accessible to me. The room is somewhat dated but that’s not an issue for me. There were plenty of USB and regular outlets to plug my stuff into. I unfortunately slept through the free breakfast each day so I don’t know how that was, but I had an excellent stay at this hotel.

We stayed mother's day weekend. The bathtub was dirty and had hair in it. There was some kind of stain or something on the quilt that was on one of the beds and the beds were hard. We do not plan on staying here agian.

Love staying here when we come to Branson. No matter the season indoor pool to swim. The breakfast is always good and everyone is always friendly.

The pool was too crowded, so I assume it was great. The facilities looked nice. Although the host and hostess spoke broken English, we got along. Several things were wrong in our room, but he fixed the light and got the tv working.

The internet and tv did not work in the room. I did like it when we had to cancel a room so they moved us to the first floor. Communication between ******* and the hotel was not great. Needed to cancel one room of two which took a few calls. ******* ended up canceling the wrong room with the extended stay so we had to pay for an extra night.

The pool was open, but it was too cold in the pool house to swim. The windows were left open. The room wasn't filthy, but definitely could have been cleaner.

It was nice staying somewhere pet friendly. The hot tub was about the temperature a pool should be and not very clean. The pool was ice cold. Both we unusable. The breakfast was okay, we ended up eating someplace else all but one morning. Overall, I would not stay there again.
