The property is lovely. It is a nice getaway for those who like a winery, fine hotel and restaurants. The pricing is high and there are no discounts unless a large room quantity is guaranteed. I wouldn’t recommend it for holding an event. The food for a dinner event of 85 persons came out late. There is no proper green room for entertainment so they used a coat check room, and they declined even a small discount on a hotel room for the entertainment to use to get ready and to wait in before their show. So, other than holding an event there, it’s a lovely property. Staff was great. Room spacious and well-designed. Restaurant food was very good but expensive. Would stay there again.

The bathroom was not cleaned. Their was no microwave in the room or on the property to warm up food purchased at The Versailles. Lastly, I was charged extra charges without explanation.

We enjoyed an absolutely incredible stay. The only slight inconvenience we experienced was after our massages. We didn’t have robes and slippers due to what May have been a miscommunication with the hotel and the spa. Our masseuse Rodney & Lee, who were great, didn’t know we were guest at the hotel and didn’t have robes and towels for us, so we were indisposed after our shower.
They made haste and took great care of us, providing us with robes and slipper so we could continue to enjoy our spa experience. That said, me and my fiancé enjoyed a very elevated experience, from spa, to dining and serenity for her birthday. Chelsea met our needs for brunch at Fluer de lis. Al pampered us for dinner at Versailles, Sydnee and the spa team were exceptional in getting us an opening and providing a great experience. And I can’t forget Vivian who got us checked in early annd gave us a tour of the land.
Our stay was worth every penny and we look forward to seeing the vineyard and staff in full bloom on our next visit.

Jina, William and Gabby started it so well with the way they greeted us when we arrived - after 5 hours of driving. The last of which was somewhat "white knuckle" driving.
We relaxed out by the fountain with a glass of wine before we even went to our room.
The only downside was the long wait at dinner. I realize that we were "dining". But, it was an hour wait from our starter to our meal. We started nursing our drinks for fear of being overserved. Our waiter was very nice and polite, providing a complimentary glass of wine for my wife. And, the food was really good.
The wine tasting was wonderful. "Q" and his sister (I think) and all the wait staff were knowledgeble and the pours were good as as all the wine we sampled.
We were planning to come back at the end of next summer, when I have another function in the Atlanta area. Now, we're trying to figure out how to make a spring trip too. Hope to play golf there on our next visit. Great place to relax.

We were married here 25 years ago, so came back here to celebrate our 25th anniversary. The property was clean and seemed well maintained, but not quite as nice as I remembered. However, my biggest complaint is the staff was not very friendly and housekeeping didn’t leave us any towels the first night or replenish the coffee on nights 2 and 3. These are pretty basic items, so I was really surprised that I would have to call and request these items. The location was great for visiting both Athens and Buckhead.

The resort was very clean and the staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional. We really enjoyed jazz on Friday and Saturday night. Dinner was exceptional at Marc Bar & Restaurant. We truly enjoyed our weekend of relaxation!

The resort was beautiful and our room was spacious and comfortable. We had trouble sleeping because music played all night somewhere in the lobby and we could hear it and it kept us up.
