這家酒店沒有提供大床房，床很窄我無法在雙床房間入住，沒有享受服務，但卻全額收取費用，並且拒絕退還。
My first time in Slovakia, I really like the locals and they are very friendly.
When booking this hotel, it's a disaster,yes it is a disaster movie. I strongly recommend Ctrip and local agents to blacklist this hotel.
This hotel does not provide a large bed room, and I am unable to stay in a double bed room and do not enjoy the service. However, I am fully charged and refuse to refund.
The hotel manager's actions have caused great pain for international tourists. I will continue to file complaints and communicate with the local tourism authorities.Please wait it.

It was the best place we stayed in Slovakia. The room was also thoroughly cleaned. The female front staff was very kind. thank you. My trip to Slovakia was a great memory.

The mattress was very bad and uncomfortable. The curtains are small and are not blackout. Light comes in. The quilts too small, and the pillows thin. Also the carpets seemed aged and stuffy. We stayed for 2 nights, and the towels weren't changed. The staff hardly knows proper English, whilst the reception was inexistent and contact person hard to reach. On the good side, the hotel film theme is nice. The room furniture and dining salon were nice too. Breakfast selection was good. They accepted early checkin and late checkout. With some little effort and a change of the mentioned bedroom items to decent ones the ratings would improve. Unless that is done, I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

I love this hotel , lots of Hollywood themes and Oscar statues gives the hotel a quirky feel. The room was fine too decent space , shower was good , stayed in the Tom cruise room . Location is great 10-15 minutes walk to main attractions
