GGuest UserWe brought our kids here and the service was absolutely fantastic! They upgraded us to a family room, and there were so many animals – we fed lambs, bunnies, and even saw peacocks and camels. There was a bonfire party in the evening too. The overall environment is lovely, and the bathroom facilities are great. The best part is the owner, she's incredibly thoughtful. Plus, they have a chef from Xinjiang who cooks amazing food. It really felt like a one-stop-shop for fun. The kids loved it so much they didn't want to leave! We can't wait to come back!

LLordtinaWe stayed here while backpacking, and it truly became one of the highlights of our trip. The location is perfect, the scenic centre isn’t too far. You can walk there if you don’t mind a bit of a stroll The hotel has a washing machine, which was a huge plus for travellers like us. But what made this stay unforgettable was the kindness of the hotel owner, Mr. Liang Yue Yang. Despite the language barrier, he went above and beyond to make us feel at home. From offering us a ride to the scenic area, helping us buy bus tickets, to making sure we had everything we needed—his warmth and generosity touched our hearts. He even offered to send us to the bus station on our departure day. The breakfast was simple but delicious, and the view from the hotel is breathtaking. Just a short walk away, there’s a peaceful river that’s perfect for a quiet picnic. As Muslim travellers, we were also relieved to find halal food easily available nearby. This place may be small, but the hospitality we received was big in every way. We’re so grateful we chose to stay here.

GGuest UserTaking advantage of the holiday, I drove to Yili to see the apricot blossoms. In the spare time, I went to Nalati to relax. The flowers in early spring are blooming beautifully. The hotel is open to welcome guests. We were the first to arrive. People who knew each other and didn't know each other had a barbecue and chatted together. The boss was also very enthusiastic and sent us some side dishes and some beer 🍺. The handsome boss was very enthusiastic. Next time I have time, I will experience Nalati in autumn again

GGuest UserAfter a long drive, we arrived, and the friendly young man at the front desk was very efficient. He let us check the room to make sure it was suitable before officially checking us in. Since there weren't many guests that day, we got a room with a direct view of the mountains and little lambs outside the window. The white lamb is named 'No Worries' and the black lamb is named 'Always Hungry'! The young man then brought us some delicious fresh fruit. The room was spacious and bright. My mom said it was the first time she'd slept so well on this trip, probably because she was on the upper floor and it was very quiet around. In the evening, we could even see a beautiful sunset. The front desk attendant is truly a jack-of-all-trades – he streams live, helps us with any issues, and even makes coffee in the morning! The lady at the front desk was also incredibly friendly, answering all our questions super quickly and always with a warm smile.

GGuest UserWe had an unforgettable few days here! Initially, I was a bit skeptical about the one-on-one butler service, but I was genuinely impressed by their warm and dedicated attention. The private car service was fantastic, taking us to and from attraction entrances, and even helping us buy bus tickets at the station. The hotel food was surprisingly delicious – their Dapanji (Big Plate Chicken) was even more authentic than what I've had in Urumqi! The chef is from Chongqing, and you can tell how much care goes into the breakfast and afternoon tea. They even arranged dragon fruit into rose shapes, and the coffee was freshly ground and wonderfully rich. The coconut water was 100% pure. And the Chongqing noodles for breakfast were absolutely amazing, alongside the Western options. Everything was all-you-can-eat. We also tried the horseback riding, which was 80 for an hour. The horses were beautiful, and the scenery, especially the river valley, was breathtaking – you really have to experience it to believe it. Plus, there was a complimentary travel photography service. The manager was incredibly hands-on, tall, and handsome, and the supervisor was a dashing Uyghur young man. They truly went above and beyond to fulfill every request. All in all, this stay truly showed me what a real vacation feels like ⛱️. I'm definitely coming back next year!

The washing machine can wash clothes, which is very convenient. 100 meters from their house is the river, which is great for taking the kids to play! When it is quiet in the morning, you can hear the sound of the river in the yard. It was very quiet to sleep at night! Of course, the main price is also very fair! The one diagonally opposite is a little bigger and costs more than three times as much! It is very convenient for those who travel by car to their house. We didn't drive, we went there by ourselves, it's not very convenient to get a taxi in this place! Fortunately, the owner of the supermarket on the side of the road booked a car for me.

The overall experience is super amazing, the location is excellent, facing the scenery of the grassland lake and mountain, and the environment is quiet and healing. The rooms are clean and tidy, well-equipped, and the bedding is comfortable and sleepy. Special praise to the front desk brother, the service is warm and intimate, the check-in is efficient and fast, patiently explain the play guide, recommended route, the whole process is thoughtful and meticulous, people feel comfortable. Come to Nalati to live here, the scenery and service are double online, next time you come to choose this one!

GGuest UserAlthough this trip was short, I stayed in this B&B with complete facilities, warm rooms, and a very favorite decoration style. It was very comfortable to live there. The courtyard is full of flowers and plants, and the environment is elegant! I am very picky about the hygiene of the room. The room in this B&B is clean and tidy, the sheets and quilt covers are as white as new, without any odor, the toiletries are complete, the mirror in the bathroom is very shiny, and there are no water stains or foreign objects on the washbasin. I am very satisfied! The boss is very nice and the breakfast is very rich and comfortable! I returned to the B&B exhausted. The owner cooked the food himself in the evening and I really liked the taste of the dishes. Compared with the B&Bs I stayed in elsewhere, his home-cooked dishes were the best. I hope I will stay in this B&B again if I have the chance to come to Nalati again!

We wanted to move rooms to be closer together, but there were no options available. After not moving, they provided a space heater, but it was still a bit cold at night. Breakfast was decent, though some of the hot dishes weren't heated sufficiently or at all, so they felt a bit cold. Everything else was great. Grassland photo shoot experience (3 selected photos/room): We didn't get to enjoy this, and the front desk didn't mention it.

GGuest UserI had such a wonderful stay here and truly want to thank all of the staff for making my trip so special. First of all, the hospitality was beyond amazing. As a foreigner who cannot speak Chinese at all, I was honestly a little nervous at first. However, every staff member tried their best to help and welcome me warmly, which touched me deeply. I would especially like to thank a staff member named Yi. She was the only person who could communicate with me fluently in English, and she helped me with absolutely everything during my stay. Because of her kindness, I never once felt uncomfortable or isolated here despite the language barrier. I would honestly give her 10000/100! The accommodation itself was also excellent. The room was very clean, cozy, and fully equipped with everything I needed. The bed was incredibly soft and comfortable, and the peaceful atmosphere allowed me to rest perfectly every night. Another thing I loved was the variety of activities offered here. Everything was amazing , horseback riding, delicious hot pot meals, and even professional photography sessions. It was my first time riding a horse, so I felt a little nervous at the beginning, but the staff took such good care of me and made me feel safe and comfortable throughout the experience. Most importantly, I was deeply impressed by the culture here. It felt so warm and heartfelt. I truly love your culture. At night, there was a campfire gathering where local staff sang songs and danced together. It was such a joyful and unforgettable experience for me. In conclusion, if I ever visit Xinjiang again, I will definitely come back and stay here. Thank you so much to every staff member for your hard work and kindness. You made me genuinely happy throughout my entire stay.
