It was a home between home place for us. It was affordable and as comfortable as we made it. Stayed for a month and a half. The front desk was very nice. Housekeeping is very noisy though. So make sure you watch them.

This was not what I expected. Yes, the hotel was inexpensive, but it still wasn’t what was advertised. Customers are not allowed in the lobby…ever. No matter the time of day, guests are expected to use the night window. The room does NOT have a hairdryer or an iron. Both are listed as amenities. In the three days I stayed at the hotel, we did not receive housekeeping at all. That means no fresh towels. When I called the front desk to ask for clean towels, I was told they couldn’t do that until housekeeping arrived at 8:00 am. At 8:00 am, I went to ask for towels. The man shoved them through the night window. The walls are cracked. There was mold on the ceiling above the shower. There were cockroaches. There were two very flat pillows for a king size bed. Overall, I don’t mind a hotel that clearly hasn’t been maintained. But it needs to have some solid customer service. This hotel failed in all areas.

Had to change rooms 3 times due to roaches and then house keeping stole my 3yr old sons shorts … never coming back here it’s disgusting and needs to be shut down

It was pouring rain, and i was on a walker because i'm handicaped. A truck was parked under the awning going into the front door. So I had to park in the rain, and go up a steep hill to get to the door, the man inside pointed to a window on the other side of the building that wasn't covered. I got there soaking wet on a walker he could see, and had forgotten my drivers license. I had my confirmation on my phone, and had to walk all the way back to my truck in the rain, load my walker up, drive around the building, to show my license in the rain with no cover. Then once inside the room the first thing I saw was a huge bug on its back in the middle of the room. I had to step on it to kill it. The room stunk. We wound up leaving early.

Ever since I checked in my TV hasn't worked I told office they said all cable doesn't work

This hotel robbed me I made a reservation for the same day by expedition it was a Saturday last week and I arrived at the hotel and I did not go in because I was less than 21 years old now I am 20 and in hotels they have always let me enter and book and in this case no, I asked for my refund and they told me that I had to talk to ******* first I spoke to ******* they called the hotel and told them that I had stayed at the hotel and that they were not going to give any refund the forgiveness that they took care of me was very rude as if they were giving me a place to sleep when I paid for my stay and my money was never returned to me they stole it I do not recommend this hotel it treats people very badly and it still steals from them if you make the reservation through another site not personally with them that it was my experience.

Roach infested and people walking all around on 2nd floor watching your every move

The property was dark when I walked up. The room had holes in the walls, the shower light was not lit enough I still had to use my flashlight on my phone. It looked like the room hasn’t been cleaned or updated. I had bedbugs and a stain on my comforter. I didn’t even stay the whole night and went to another place.
