Adina Apartment Hotel Brisbane Anzac Square

Booked a twin room with two single beds. The bedding was comfortable, though the pillows were a bit too soft. There was plenty of space for luggage. The provided shower gel was nice, with a refreshing scent. The staff were friendly and polite. There was also a microwave and an iron. However, the faucet in the sink was difficult to turn off completely and would drip slightly. I mentioned it to the staff, but since it was a short stay, it wasn't a major issue. The hotel's location is very convenient, close to the train station and easy access to bus routes. There are also some great coffee shops nearby.

There are a lot of steps leading up to the hotel entrance, so if you have large luggage, you'll have to carry it yourself. They don't let you use the disabled elevator. The hotel facilities are quite old; the air conditioning is outdated and you can't adjust the temperature or fan speed. Everything feels run down.

The staff are incredibly friendly and always ready to help. You can even call reception late at night, and they'll come and assist you. They change towels, and there's tea, coffee, hot chocolate, and milk available. The downside is that it was very cold when we stayed in winter. The air conditioning didn't work for heating. A maintenance worker came, but nothing changed. The washing machine was old, and we struggled to close the door until the administrator from reception came to help. The hotel is right in the city center, so everything is within walking distance. The Sky Deck is 15 minutes away, the train station is across the street, and there's a grocery store in the same building.
