This place is in the center of the city (Bucharest) and near subway and bus stations. Piato Romano is the squere name. Hotel service was so nice. The owner is very friendly. He explained how to get Romanian SIM card. Also he arranged washing my cloth without additional payment. You can drink there tea and water in the hotel. I misunderstood the situation with payment since local currency is ROM (LEW) but the owner explained me clearly and I appologize for my misunderstanding.
I am sure without any doubt that I will stay soon in this hotel next time on my arrival to Bucharest.

This guy who not only screamed at my friend, never opened the door and when he did he shouted and said there is no front desk so it ain’t his problem and closed the door again. No space to tell him there was an error his his ****ty qr code in the door and when i asked for a refund he lied to trip.com and told them i never arrived.
I was late to read the reviews but it seems like this is his MO to get some free money. It’s a damn scam. He left me outside at 1am, i had to sleep in the hotel in front. Of course trip.com didn’t cover that charge. Save your money, there is a place called old town apartments, clean, new and better location then this crap.

Really terrible. The worst 'hotel' I have ever been to... No reception and poor contact via telephone or app, and if you do get in touch you get a big mouth and you are scolded by the owner. It is extremely dirty, smells of smoke, cold and damp. All my things were wet. No shower curtain so the entire bathroom and room are flooded after showering. The cockroaches are running around the room and even on my husband's face while sleeping. There is a thin little blanket on the bed. Shameful. Do not do this. It's cheap, but it's even better to sleep outside. I'm glad I left, never, ever again!

I arrived at the hotel at 6pm. I couldn't get in for 30 minutes. Because I came from abroad, my internet connection was slow. I needed internet because pre-check-in was required to open the outside door and to access the key to the door of my room upstairs. I wish you would have sent this by e-mail after booking.
While I was trying to do something there, someone I thought worked at the hotel came and gave me the wifi password, opened the lower door and helped me. I checked in and received the wifi/lower door password and my own room password.
The inside was *** and adequate. It wasn't as high as I expected anyway. Toilet and bathroom are in the same place. There is hot water, there is a TV, there is air conditioning, there is a storage cabinet. There is water outside and a microwave. When you leave the hotel, there is a burger place on the left and a market on the right. It's a perfect place for those who are busy and want to sleep. I recommend 70%. This is because it is far from the center and the minibar does not work.

The hotel room is not cooled and we do not agree to change it. The highest temperature outside is 39℃! The room is very small, the bed is very small, and not very clean! Ctrip customer service staff are still very enthusiastic and patient!

Convenient location, even though it was bit hard to find the place at first.
Nice big rooms.
There was no mugs and no tea bags in tea containers.
Someone started to knock on our door at 2 am... bit terrifying.

RIP OFF!!! Reserved for 3 nights. Missed my flight. Emailed them I would be there the next day. When I arrived, they said that because I did not show up the first night, my reservation was cancelled with NO REFUND.
Not even a sign on the hotel. Down an alley way. No way to contact owners. Only way I got the info above was that someone who was coming into the 'hotel' knew a contact number, called that number and got this message.
