Spotlessly clean and very spacious room. Walking distance to San Telmo, Plaza de Mayo, Obelisco and Congreso Nacional.

The reception staff is excellent. Max, who speaks good English, is always ready to help with advice on the best public transportation options for getting around the city, as well as any other information or solutions. A true professional! Spacious and comfortable rooms with a kitchen and all necessary utensils. The bed is very comfortable. It's a 17-minute walk to the Obelisk, very convenient. But for those who don't like walking, the Independencia metro station is nearby, making it a quick ride. Bus number 8 to the main Pistarini Airport stops about 3-4 blocks from the hotel. The reception is open until 5:00 PM. I recommend to check in during this time. However, you can also check in later using the codes provided. If you have any problems, please contact the emergency line. Please note that they don't answer WhatsApp calls. You'll have to send them a message and wait for them to respond. They're not very efficient. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience at the hotel, and I'd love to return.

Ot bad if you stay up for a week. No washing machines and individual water heating, so you have to wait for it to reheat if you're not staying alone.

Check-in at 19.15 was a NIGHTMARE. Despite messaging through Trip.com, calling them using wi-fi calling and emailing, we received no info for check-in. Trip.com also couldn't contact the provider.  On arrival, the what's app numbers didn't work - you had to leave certain digits off which we clearly didn't know. We had several calls with Trip.com who also couldn't get through to the provider and eventually started calling other hotels to find us for a bed for the night at another hotel as we had been there for an hour after 10 hours of travelling. We were stuck outside for ages and only managed to eventually check-in when a resident took pity on us, let us into the hall and called the caretaker. He said there are always people having check-in difficulties after 17.00.  After his help with sorting numbers and lots of what's app messages including sending pics of us with our passports to two different numbers, we eventually got checkin details.  WiFi didn't work at all (no help via the what's app number and it didn't work the whole time) and it was very noisy - traffic, people and dogs barking continually outside and scraping chairs/banging doors inside.  We got a message the day after blaming the fact my phone wasn't working for the issues despite me messaging to let them know my cell phone had broken. They denied receiving messages yet they were able to send me emails with what they required; just denied receiving any emails or any messages through the booking app. Appalling service.  We've had several remote check-ins after hours on this trip and they've been excellent. This was TERRIBLE and I would avoid, avoid, avoid.  While the apartment is a nice space and the bed is comfortable

Quietly new accommodation. Near to resto and bus. Recomend for you to explore Buenos Aires
