We selected this hotel due to the location as I needed to be in the Balvanera Area and also for being part of the Ramada Chain of Hotels. The hotel is located next to door to the the Abastos Shopping center, public transportation near by as well as restaurants. When we checked in, we were told that the room was cleaned only every other day and if we needed to take garbage out before then we needed to take it to the curb ourselves. During our 10 day stay the room was cleaned 2 times only and the towels changed once. The bathroom would flood every time we showered. The sink was badly installed. There was no refrigerator in the room. There were two lamps in the room which none of them had light bulbs in them. We had issues with the air conditioner as it would throw hot air in the middle of the night. While the rate included breakfast, it was not worth it. Unfortunately, there is restaurant with loud music on the weekends as late as 2:00AM making it impossible to sleep. The staff was friendly and tried to be helpful. I would not stay here again.

It's horrible, please don't be dirty, without soap, the bed without blankets and with short sheets for the mattress, I booked on the web TAKE OFF AND I REGRET it, it's 5 degrees cold and there's no hot water, it's absurd, I went to the administrators and Nothing, I checked on Google the hot water lie is already 3 months old and they don't notice it. The hotel has only one person in the entire hotel serving and telling lies about the hot water, torn and dirty towels, cockroaches in the dirty room. DON'T GO, I don't put 0 because there is no

A scam, they don't have hot water but they don't notify you, they just make the employee tell them that they were fired that day. Don't go. It's a place for students, there are noises in the rooms like a 21st century tenement
