Extended Stay America Suites - Los Angeles - Burbank Airport

Nice area and nice front desk but filled with cockroaches you can see them all night throughout the whole room

Everything was very good,except it doesn’t have a airport transport and this was the reason I booked this hotel. Being that it’s so close to the airport you would think it would have at lease one or two trips to the airport.

It was a basic hotel for a simple place to shower and sleep. Nothing special.

~One of the emergency ceiling sprinklers that was located in the kitchen leaked water overnight. I been told that the sprinkler over the bed had also leaked before, luckily I did not had that problem. ~Someone from staff told me that they didn't serve breakfast in the morning. ~ Shower water pressure was super weak, water was barely coming out of the shower head. ~ And bed was not comfortable, felt hard on my back Overall, not a great experience, the main big upside is that there are retail stores and good restaurants near by the property which I was able to walk to.

The hotel location es very good lots of shops and everything is close by, the outside of the hotel looks good but the inside and service is terrible, my room have a hole in the wall , I let the manager know but he did nothing about it, room have a small kitchen but the hot plate didn’t work, I informed the and once again they did nothing, I found a dead roach in the refrigerator!!!!!! , after this I was gone !!!!!! Never again !!!!! Also mini muffins, coffee and oatmeal packets doesn’t count as a breakfast!!!!!

The staff was fantastic. Only issue I had was the bathroom floor looked dirty, as to wanting to wear socks in the bathroom and the shower. Shower had a crack in the floor. Other than that, everything was excellent.

I arrived early around 1230pm afternoon, I attempted to check in at the front desk for an early check in due to the long drive I just had! The front desk receptionist, said check in was at 3pm, I asked if there was any early check in? The receptionist did not check for room availabilities, just looked at me and reiterate it the check in time! I asked if I could use the restroom while I wait, again I was turned away and advised there was NO public restrooms! I came back at 330pm or so and checked in my room with a different person, whom had the appearance as if they had slept in their uniform, they were unkempt but friendly, around 6pm I notice my room was only supplied with TWO bath towels, I went down to the front desk and advised the Unkept looking front desk receptionist And was told they were washing the washcloths and there were non available! As the person went on to continue their phone call! The room was decently clean, however the hallways smell of Mold and mildew! The chair had a wet stain on LEATHER! Unfortunate due to the location is perfect for my visits, however this is the first and last time I will be visiting this MOTEL living space!

The staff was unfriendly, her name was Silva . She should not be working the front desk. When I checked in I had to provide identification for the other people who were staying with me which is unheard of. When I went to my room there were no towels and when I asked for some at the front desk, she expected me to hand her towels so I can get clean ones. When I explained to her there weren’t any in the room, it felt so inconvenient of her to give me the towels for the room. The property has deteriorated. I have stayed here before and it looks so run down and unkept.

This place was super dirty and smelly. Room bathroom was not clean. No TV. In breakfast they had 1 coffee pot and brownies.
