"No toothpaste, no toothbrushes, no slippers. The shower water was incredibly slow, practically no water at all, so I had to buy my own. The soundproofing is terrible; even a slightly raised voice will disturb the neighbors. I actually had to go down to the first floor in the middle of the night to make a call! The towels had lint, and they didn't clean the room once in three days! The air conditioning sounded like a generator, humming all night long and scaring the hell out of me! The only upside is that it's convenient for shopping and getting to the airport. 😂"

"The hotel was a great base for our trips around Los Angeles. Universal (20 minutes drive), Santa Monica Beach (45 minutes drive) and downtown LA (30 minutes drive) were all easily accessible. The hotel offers many amenities including a cafe, bar, breakfast, and dinner, all for a fee. Housekeeping was mediocre; it wasn't consistent and often incomplete (only clean towels were provided, nothing else). Parking cost $28.50 per day."

"Firsts day we got there was good. Second day try and check another night the girl that helped us did not even try to help out. Said she couldn’t find out booking told her it was in there system she keep saying no it wasn’t with attitude. So I had to book another day all over again. And I asked her again are u sure I’m not in there they did it the day before told me no. She knew what she was doing. So when i booked my room again told her there it’s done. Then she tells o I found it No apology no nothing. After I just got done booking my room. Very disappointed with her service bad part I didn’t get her name"

"The hotel is in Burbank, where there are not many tourists and even fewer Chinese people. I heard that this area is the Warner Bros. area, and there is a studio being built opposite. It is a very niche hotel. The hotel is elegantly decorated with a sense of age. Most of the guests staying here are elderly. The room is okay, but the breakfast is simple, with only bagels, yogurt, milk coffee, etc. I asked the waiter to heat up the milk, which cost an additional $5. If you need eggs or other food, you will be charged extra. Of course, this is not the hotel's fault, but I personally think it is a bit stingy. After all, the room price is 1800+, so it is reasonable to add eggs to the breakfast. I stayed for 6 nights. This is a true review!"
