La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Burlington

We have made our four-week tour through Washington and Oregon and were absolutely satisfied with the choice of accommodation. The La Quinta is very cheap in transport. You are quickly in Anacortes (e.g. whale watching) or in North Cascade NP (Wandering). There are many ways to go to good food around the hotel. To the hotel itself: the hotel, the lobby, the room - very, very clean and ordening. Our room was a ”danse hall”, very large and spacious (corner room on the 3rd floor). The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom and the toilet were extremely clean. In the bathroom were the usual bath towels available and also hand towels were provided enough. Wi-Fi works very well. Parking around the hotel is sufficient and free. On the ground floor there is a pool, but we have not used it. There is also a small fitness studio. Breakfast is taken in the lobby. The selection is very extensive and so everyone should be able to find something for his morning breakfast. The staff is polite and helpful. Directly at the reception is a small mini store where you can buy one or other. In general, the La Quinta is absolutely recommendable. We also had the luck that we could book the room very cheaply (that offers has always been La Quinta) and therefore the price/performance ratio was perfect.
Hampton Inn & Suites Burlington

I stayed in a king room which was roomy and spotless. There was a microwave and a quiet refrigerator. I really appreciated the shelving under the sink and in the wall next to the shower. So few hotels have adequate space for toiletries. The bed was really comfortable and there was a choice of pillow firmness. Shampoo, conditioner, and lotion were all provided, and the lotion didn't have a strong smell, which I really liked. The free breakfast was served until 10:00, unlike many hotels which stop serving at 9:00, and there was always a freshly-cooked egg option (scrambled eggs one day, a veggie egg-whites omelet another) and meat (bacon one day, sausage another), plus oatmeal that wasn't gluey, a waffle maker, a variety of pastries, a dish of three kinds of cut up melons, cold cereal, yogurt, bananas, and apples. The fitness room had a couple of types of cardio machines, dumbbells, and medicine balls. Every staff member I met, and I stayed five nights, was friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel.
Comfort Suites Burlington Near I-5

I had a wonderful stay at this Comfort Suites in Burlington. It was easy to locate and had ample parking. The front entry is large and spacious and the staff were all very nice. I check in with no problem, was told about the wifi, breakfast and other amenities available. The room was clean and tidy, as I've come to expect from Choice Hotels. The walk in shower was wonderful. I had a desk for working, and plenty of room for my ”stuff”. Since my daughter recently moved to this area, I will be staying here often.
