這是一家新開的酒店，地暖很暖和，外面很冷，一進屋感覺很舒服。出門對門就是雪山，風景不錯。在喀納斯賈登峪屬於比較好的酒店了，值得推薦。

水壺，糖罐上都是土，酒店出水是黃色的，不知道為什麼，想打電話問一下前台，結過屋裡沒有電話，都是一次性紙杯，沒有玻璃杯，咱就説一晚八九百的房費不説總統套，咱也差也不多點啊，環境真是太次了

完成整個喀納斯3天2夜的行程後，來評價，還是很好的住宿，喀納斯作為旅遊景點城鎮的酒店要求不能太高，主要是衞生與睡眠環境，衞生方面一般，沒辦法與中心城區比較，但是較之好幾家酒店來比，也算是還行的，我們同行另一家都定了不同的酒店，誰家住的好就住誰家的酒店，結果兩晚我們住了4家酒店，這家酒店是相對來説還可以，起碼有電梯，走廊有地毯，雖説隔音屬於硬件設施，但是地毯可以緩解很大一部分噪音也算是用心了，服務方面感覺喀納斯晚間整體都是保安與值班在看管酒店，我們一行人一直這麼認為的，晚間入住一般前台就兩位男士，一個辦理入住，一個指揮停車，算是特色，這家酒店在賈登峪算是中規中矩，可以考慮

酒店房間設施齊全，有電梯的。位置也不錯，離飯館超市很近，滿足補給需要，工作人員比較負責，介紹周圍環境。我們將近零點才抵達，依然有多名工作人員等候，很晚還在答疑解惑，是很暖心。

1.進門發現枕頭上有根短頭髮，床單上也有毛，不知道是不是看前個客人住的比較乾淨就沒換，反正床單沒有摺痕，反映後老闆娘態度很好，馬上給拿了新的。
2.工作人員態度很差。我媽那個房間沒有紙巾，我的房間有，後來我們去要，門口兩個穿迷彩服的工作人員堅決不給，説紙巾和捲紙是一樣的，我説不一樣，捲紙硬一些，他們還是堅持不給，而且至少説了五遍這兩種紙是一樣的，後來還是老闆娘解決的。後來才知道是因為那層沒有紙巾，他們懶得去別的樓層拿。
3.明明門口有車位，老闆非讓我們停到後院的土坡上，弄的我們箱子都沒拿出來，衹拿了一些需要換洗的，關鍵是後來比我們來的晚的車就停在了門口的空位上，憑什麼我們來的早要停後面土坡上？另外，我們第二天要早出門，我反覆問了老闆停在那裡會不會被堵，老闆不耐煩了，嫌我問他次數多了，既然這樣，你為什麼不讓我停在門口的車位？而且我問的再多，也沒有你家員工説“捲紙和紙巾一樣”的次數多。
4.這家酒店接待旅行團，入住的時候正好趕上一個團，亂哄哄的，自由行的建議訂別家。

店家主要目的是不想你把車長期停門口，引導我們去收費停車場停車然後搭擺渡車。對第一次來旅遊的人不友好。
