Business Club Lounge does not serve Breakfast and dinner hot snacks are not a great selection. Extremely friendly staff throughout. Ms. Ayun in the breakfast Lounge is outstanding in her attitude towards service, stands out from the rest by miles !

It is very noisy due to the cellular operation in the room and outdoor air conditioners, and it is difficult for us to fall asleep. The breakfast was great and the staff were very professional. Smart TV can make us have more fun. Besides, the room cleaning is pretty good. But for now, the use of carpet vacuum cleaners in the room should be abandoned. That may be my only suggestion.

We preferred this place instead of many big hotels on the praises in the comments and we regret, go to near prices to big hotels around us, do not comment like us. We were over the thermal hotel expectations after skiing but we were sad. We came to breakfast, a total shame, they all put two spring-marked products to make the most cheap materials used in the waste crushed, salam-joyed pink and the materials don't seem to be cool, but we told them that too.
