Al Masa Hotel Nasr City

Facilities: This is a sprawling garden hotel with well-equipped rooms, ample hot water, and comfortable mattresses. Cleanliness: The hotel is clean and tidy. Environment: The lush greenery makes it feel like a secluded paradise. Service: Security checks are conducted upon entry and exit, which is great for safety! The hotel also provides golf cart shuttle services within the property, and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

I was upgraded to a suite this time, which is definitely a plus. The hotel's main draw is its safety and expansive grounds; the gardens on a hillside are a rare green oasis in Cairo's often dusty environment. However, the hotel is undeniably old, and the facilities are quite dated. In the suite, one of the wall-mounted AC remote controls had its casing fall off. The breakfast selection was also limited. On the other hand, the hotel's decor, with its sculptures and murals, exudes a strong artistic vibe.

The environment here is absolutely fantastic! It's rare to find so many green trees in a desert country. 👍 It's also very close to the airport. The front desk staff were great; they didn't make us wait until the afternoon to check in. The room was spacious and bright, even bigger than the one I had last time! 👍👍

The room's cleanliness was terrible, and the facilities were outdated. It felt like paying 5-star prices for 3-star amenities. The cleaning staff didn't even knock before entering when they cleaned; we were both asleep and completely stunned. I don't care if they clean or not, but you shouldn't disturb guests' rest. They didn't even bother to knock, which is basic etiquette. I've developed a phobia these past few days of someone just opening the door and walking in.

The facilities and service were quite good. However, there weren't many breakfast options that suited my taste.
