The environment is pretty good overall, with a private beach. The hotel is in a great location within the hotel zone. The all-inclusive food was just average; nothing particularly amazing or disappointing. The buffet was extremely crowded at lunchtime, and it felt like the staff couldn't keep up with the service. The hotel staff's service attitude was also just okay.

From the window, I could see a small garden, which was particularly therapeutic to wake up to when opening the curtains. Second, the facilities were comprehensive and considerate. The air conditioning in the room cooled and heated quickly with very little noise, ensuring I wasn't disturbed while sleeping. The mattress was moderately firm, and there were pillows of different thicknesses to choose from; I slept for two nights without any back pain. The room also came equipped with USB charging ports, a hairdryer, and bottled mineral water. Even the toiletries were pump-style and felt high-quality – every detail showed great care. Finally, the service was warm and efficient. During check-in, the front desk staff greeted us with friendly smiles, quickly processed our paperwork, and even proactively shared information about nearby restaurants and transportation routes. When I called the front desk midway through my stay to borrow a charger, it was delivered in less than 5 minutes. Check-out was even more efficient; verifying information and issuing the invoice was done in one smooth process. They even kindly asked if we needed help calling a taxi, showing no impatience whatsoever. Such a hotel with great value for money and excellent service is truly perfect for travelers. I've already recommended it to friends, and I will definitely choose this place again the next time I visit this city!

This all-inclusive hotel offers pretty good value for money. It has numerous swimming pools and its own private beach. The buffet restaurant has a limited selection and the food is just okay, but the teppanyaki restaurant is really good!

The facilities felt brand new and were all spotless, which was great. While most amenities were excellent, the only slight disappointment was the beach, which was quite messy with seaweed. However, as this is a natural occurrence, I'm still very satisfied with the hotel.
