Nice facility people are lovely,peaceful quiet and safe environment,very nice campus. I will definitely stay there for my next trip.

first off, i booked a king room but was given 2 queen beds instead, they said you don’t always get that when you book through a 3rd party because they do not know what rooms are actually available, second, i requested that my room be cleaned everyday that i stayed, but was not, i had to go downstairs to ask for new towels 2 nights in a row, on the 3rd night i finally asked the front desk and they showed me a small sign that said they do not clean until your 4th day of stay, they can do a quick refresh if you ask before 9pm the night before, lastly, i was charged $41.73 on top of what i paid to Trip.com, i called to ask about it a few days after my trip when i saw it on my credit card, they said it was an amenities charge for each of the days i stayed, whaat? the only amenity i used was the elevator, never have i ever been charged for anything other than the price of the hotel, needless to say i will not be staying here again and will not recommend it to anyone

Location is great. On a cozy college campus. Spafe area apnd very close to the metro.

The concierge was very helpful and gave good advice about where to get food. Didn't use any facilities, I thought the breakfast was complimentary and when I got down there in the morning I found out that was false. I thought the prices were a little steep for breakfast so I passed on that. Overall had a good time though.

Very good, the hotel facilities are very complete. This school for the deaf was built more than a hundred years ago. There are also many scenic spots for taking pictures on the campus. After visiting Washington for a day, I will take a bus back to school after dinner at the union station, and go shopping at night campus.

On campus, breakfast is particularly good. It's a pity that one room should have two breakfasts and only one was used, and another one should be packed. There is a puddine meal in the union market, which is southern comfort food. It was packed in a bag and brought to the art museum the next day, attracting countless glances.

The hotel is in a school for the deaf, the environment is very good, the room is clean and tidy, the breakfast is okay in an American hotel, but the exhaust sound in the room is a bit loud, everything else is good

The hotel is very clean and quiet, and the service attitude is also very good. It is opposite the Union Market, which is convenient for eating. It is very close to Trader Joe's supermarket, which has many kinds of bread.

The hotel is nice. It's on a university campus. It's quiet and has a nice environment. The room was big and very clean. The service at the front desk was very good. There was a problem with Uber when I was leaving and I couldn't get a taxi, so I called a taxi from the front desk. Great stay

The hotel is inside the school, safe and quiet. The location is also good, not far from attractions and stations, and there is a Union market next to it, which has a lot of food, similar to a food court. The service attitude is also good, it is very convenient to bring breakfast

The hotel on campus is relatively new, very quiet, and the breakfast is good. There is a restaurant street outside the west gate of the campus. All kinds of fast food are more convenient. Parking is free. The most convenient thing is that the school has a shuttle bus to the union station, and it is 1500 meters away from the Capitol. The internal site is right in front of the hotel, which is more cost-effective than living in downtown.

Beautiful Hotel surrounded for amazing in budlings of the Gallaudet University, comfortable rooms and common areas (only the beds little too high to seat), close for the cable car that let you in Central Station and really close by car from the Capitol area.

Our stay was on NYE evening. It felt very safe because it’s on campus of a university. It was clean and the staff was friendly. A little outdated but we didn’t care about that much at all. The one thing that threw us off was they charge you $45 to park in their garage which is about a block distance away from the hotel.
