nothing worked. stayed for 1 month. for 2 weeks tv not worked, no internet, only in lobby sometimes worked. refused a refund of any kind. nigh**are. no refund from ******* either. run like hell, felt like a prisoner. If i left would lose all my money. charles robb

Beware do not use this hotel, their response to my concerns have been shocking. I was scammed out of 240 pounds through my emails and messages with them and they also took money from my account when it was not a pre payment booking. They have refused to pay any of it back. Disgusting dont book here

Don't. Just don't. Other than hot water, nothing else works here. The much needed AC is louder than air traffic. If you shut off the AC you get the chirping of the smoke alarm. No bath mat, so your room is all wet. Forget about looking out the window, the blinds are broken so in essence your room is like a jail cell. Imagine checking out at the reception and being asked to go back to your room to fetch the towels...what the hell? Awful.

Han pasado 4 semanas desde mi estancia en este Hotel. La primera razón de mi descontento es que me cargaron 42€ (800 pesos mexicanos) por dejar mi mochila unas horas en recepción tras el check out, un depósito que sería devuelto tras mi recogida de equipaje, algo que tras 4 semanas no se me ha devuelto a pesar de reclamarles. Alegan tener problemas para hacer una devolución internacional ¿Dónde se ha visto esto? ¿dónde se ha visto que te cargen tal cantidad en depósito por dejar unas maletas? y que tras mi viaje tenga que seguir reclamando? Penoso y voy a proceder a denunciar. La estancia: primero nos dieron una habitación donde sólo funcionaba una luz, el aire acondicionado hacía ruido como si hubiera un camión dentro, imposible ponerlo para dormir, luego no teníamos agua, salía un hilito de agua fría tanto en lavabo como ducha. Llegamos tan cansadas que pedimos el cambio por la mañana, tras además contarnos en la piscina una niña que a su familia le pasó lo mismo y reclamaron "muy fuerte eh".
