It was a nice hotel located just off the highway so very convenient. I was a bit disappointed that the breakfast wasn’t being attended to and some food wasn’t available.

Well we check in and it is all good then later that day they had a funnel then they decided to party in the lobby and drink and drunk in the lobby for two days other than that all good but staff could of got lobby under control alot faster than they did

I have stayed at this property multiple times in the 2023 year and I'm starting to see a fade in customer service. The rooms seem to be okay but not being able to get towels on request, not following up on service issues, and unable to fix a tv unless you change rooms is an issue for me.

We enjoyed our stay. Rooms were clean! The breakfast need to be improved, the quality was there but the service was so slow that everything was missing (eggs, yogourt, banana, bread…). We had to wait for everything and there were not a lot of clients. The hotel itself was great and the food (when available) was also very good quality.

The TV was not working, but we were placed in another room. Therefore, the bath tub wasn't cleaned around the edges.

The staff and hotel itself are fantastic.
The room is comfortable and clean.
The area is quiet.
The breakfast and ladies that prepare and serve are wonderful.
The area around the hotel is dated and adjacent hotels are of lower rating and quality.
Overall I have nothing but positive things to say about my stay at Hampton Inn Canton, MS.
