I came here half a year ago, but I didn't expect the hotel to deteriorate very quickly. The hygiene is average and the maintenance is not good. Especially the heating noise will keep you awake all night, which is like the harsh sound of iron rods hitting iron plates. Wouldn't stay again.

The hotel is new and the lobby is warm on a cold and rainy day. The good thing about a new hotel is that the walk-in shower is very convenient. Nancy at the front desk was so personable and sweet. I really appreciate how nice she was to us, as we were so tired from traveling in a new area. We are going to be coming to boston more often and i will absolutely be staying here when we do.

Unable to close the curtains in the room. The front desk said there was a chain that controls lifting and pulling down blinds but there was no such chain in our room.
