Hyatt Regency Cape Town

The hotel is in a great location, very close to Bo-Kaap, with the view of city and Table Mountain. The breakfast was pretty much the same every day, though. The reception and housekeeping staff were so nice, friendly, and warm. I especially enjoyed finding a little chocolate every time they cleaned my room. Such a lovely touch! Very nice!! 🍫

The view was too good for me.. I stayed in the King room with view but sadly I couldn't extend my stay cause they were fully booked. I hope to visit again soon

The reception staff are friendly, but you sometimes have to follow up 2–3 times when waiting for a response, for example regarding laundry. Housekeeping was okay – however, on some days no towels or bathroom mats were provided, and the 2 bottles of water that are supposed to be replenished daily in the room were also missing for the last two days. So overall, it's okay – but nothing more than that.

Didn’t felt like a 5 star property. Didn’t provided basic amenities like toiletries, had to ask for it. Swimming pool was not good. Lunch not serving at the restaurant.

Nice location, problem is does not cater for kids

This hotel must not have any stars. Food was bad coffee was very bad, housekeepers dont clean room well, even didn’t refilling amenities water etc! Waitresses are chatting loudly while having breakfast. They do nothing just standing and talking each other. They don’t bring coffee, costomers must make their own coffee. Will not book there anymore. They dont clean showers , it was very dirty bath tub and shower floors !

Nice Location

Breakfast was great and amenities were sufficient. Staff were also very friendly!

Would recommend all day long Was a very good stay with excellent service from the staff No complaints at all Kaykay gave the best service
