"The house is small but beautiful. My child was sick at the time, so we didn't get to explore much. The service was excellent; a quick call to the front desk and help was on the way. However, the room was a bit old-fashioned, and bizarrely, the hairdryer plug didn't fit any of the outlets. The front desk eventually brought an adapter. The bathroom was very large and in a separate room, but it had no air conditioning, which was a strange setup, especially considering how cold it gets in South Africa after sunset in spring. Overall, the experience was still good."

"Although the desk, facility staff were all exceptional, mgmt team failed to adhere to 5* luxury hotel customer service when the amenities one expects from this type hotel with a premium rate fails to meet normal operating expectations! For example, A/C first night inoperable combined with terrible noise that resulted in no sleep followed up by no water pressure during shower next morning. Despite this fact noted by the repairman the next day, hotel mgmt refused to offer any credible consideration aside from if we returned at a later date “something” may be done! After reading other reviews with similar issues, this appears to be common operating procedures!"

"Nice hotel with great location. Mojo Market is right next to it and that makes it super convenient for food, drinks and live music most nights. The staff is super friendly, helpful and truly make you feel welcome. The only suggestion would be to let people know there's construction currently happening right next to the hotel which makes it a little noisy. Perhaps the hotel could offer rooms for a cheaper rate for the inconvenience. TVs might need checking as well. I was not able to use mine at all. Overall it was a great stay though. Thank you Mojo! 🫶🏼"

"First off, the location right by the beach is absolutely flawless! You get unbeatable sea views, and stepping out means you're right on the sand – super convenient! I'd recommend it to anyone visiting Cape Town, and definitely suggest renting a car as Uber can be quite pricey there. Also, remember to bring a 3-pin international adapter; the hotel sells them but they're very expensive!"

"From the minute you arrive to the minute you leave everything and everyone is perfect. Our room (number 4) was enormous. It is basically one very large room with a lounge area and then the bedroom area and then the bathroom with a sliding door so it can be shut off. There are doors opening onto the garden and swimming pool. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. There is plenty of choice for breakfast with anything cooked freshly prepared. In summary a fantastic place to stay."

The food was amazing, the views spectacular and service was six star, from the waitstaff to the manager to the chef. "This hotel welcomed us with open arms!!! From the minute we arrived they were very friendly and helpful, check in was so easy a quick. We pre booked dofferent experiences and ended up changing all the times but they did this very easily and still we managed to do everything we wanted to. The resturant staff were super friendly and it was so nice being able to just walk across to eat at night times. It's a very quiet hotel with beautiful surroundings and the rooms are second to none."

"I came here with my family for my 3 days one of them was my birthday . I arrived here with 3 kids and 2 adults we had 2 rooms which were connected making it easier to be together as a family . The day of my birthday at breakfast I got a delicious piece of cake from the staff which was so sweet . This hotel also has a pool and spa the spa was extremely good and clean same with the pool . The food was great time spent well great memories ."

"The overall experience was good, friendly staff and good installations, we liked the breakfast and the gym, also great views to the table mountain and lions head from the room and the pool. Location wise also great, walking distance to most things in the region. However, some structural issues should be mentioned. The windows are old, without proper noise isolation - they even open fully which is unusual for a hotel. We could hear the wind blowing very loudly, also the music from clubs around there during the night. The bathroom has a major design flaw and every shower unavoidably results in a completely wet floor. Despite that, room was very cozy and comfortable."

"Ability to see the mountain if the room is facing that side. However, the room quite outdated with worn out not so clean cooking carpet. Worst disappointment kicked in when I found out they did not provide slippers. There was so any information beforehand. We would have made the effort to go to a store and buy room slippers or any sandals. It was absolutely gross to walk barefoot than going to bed with dirty feet. Second morning, during breakfast, I have a tote bag size bag on the chair that was easily visible. I went to get coffee and bread. My table was cleared despite having egg, cheese, jam and almond milk on my plate. If there was a HANDBAG on the chair that was out all the way, clearly the food on the plate belonged to that guest. EVEN if they "could" not see the bag, the person in charge could not find the person who cleared the table after asking all the wait staff and servers. Which was about 4 people. So the person who cleared the table could not take responsibility and could not openly honestly admit to her mistake. Disrespectful to a guest and disrespectful to her employer. How about a simple apology? I was told they were going to find out after checking the cameras."
