Bradclin House

Like home and it's not an exaggeration. We felt an interest in making us feel good and it was! Thank God!

We stayed at Bradclin Sport in Newlands, Cape Town, while visiting our daughter. We found the flat comfortable and clean. A perfect place to stay if you are out and about during the day or have to be in Cape Town for work. Judelle and her staff were helpful and punctual.

It was a grate experience. Small but comfortable. Close to everything. Very secure. Quiet and clean. I will definitely come back here again when i m back in town. Just hope it is open next time i visit. I always enjoyed staying in Pinelands. The people here is my kind of people .Almost like a holiday atmosphere

Bed linen was not changed in main bedroom. Owner was very defensive when this was mentioned to her. She was only prepared to come in two days later to investigate and correct this. We were expected to use the same towels for the full 6 days. There was raw sewer stench outside in the complex for the duration of the stay.This prevented us from taking evening walks.We should have been notified of this before the booking.The toilet was not cleaned properly.There was a strong stench of stale urine in the bathroom.Upon investigation there was collection of stale brown urine under the toilet seat which we had to clean up ourselves.Obviously from what we experienced WRT cleanliness the cleaner was not being supervised after each clean up.If this was done like it shouldthen it would have been noted that bedlinen was not changed and toilet seat was not cleaned like it was supposed to.Owner is only interested in the money and not cleanliness.

Very convenient location, clean facilities and friendly team! Second time staying there and would stay again if travelling to Cape Town.

Had an excellent stay. Accomodation is clean, well equipped and secure and the team are very helpful. Excellent location in that part of Cape Town near to shops and facilities

The Management is very helpful and kind. The rooms are neat, I did not have any complaints. Free uncapped wifi, the best garden area.

Of all our time in Cape Town and many places we have stayed in during our courses, we have finally found home. Thank you for the most wonderful 2 nights. So comfortable, clean, homely and Judelle is such a lovely host who has made us feel so comfortable and gone the extra mile to help us. Xx

Very friendly hosts. Comfortable room with all you need from a self-catering unit. Nice garden. Nice and quiet place to stay. Close to where I had to be and close to Airport. The unit was clean, neat, and housekeeping was above standard. Thank you for a pleasant stay.
