The staff and location was amazing! Unfortunately, they were doing renovations during my stay. Which wasn't too bad, but knocked some points down. Would definitely stay here again. The reception staff was amazing, I even got a room upgrade!

The hotel environment is good, about 5-10 minutes away from Greensia Avenue, the transportation is very convenient, there are many taxis downstairs.
The hotel environment is also clean. We arrived early, around 9 o'clock in the morning, and we needed to store our luggage. After checking in at the front desk, there was a vacant room, so we were given the room card to store our luggage. The front desk lady was very nice.

Don't choose Ctrip.com when booking a hotel on a business trip. I booked five rooms, and each room was assigned a very bad one. None of the good rooms were assigned.
