Short trip to visit Jakarta, but very nice stay at Kempinski. Central area, easy to access mall. The bed is very comfortable make me sleep deep 😴 and good variety of breakfast choice. Very enjoy stay here.

My husband chose the right and perfect hotel for his bday trip!.. upon checking in we were attended by Mr Dicky and while my hubby went to the gents i managed to arranged wt mr Dicky for that short 5mins for his surprised bday complimentary delicious blueberry cake,and to my surprise it came wt the bday docor as well wt balloons, huge 3 tier cake made with towels and my bday words for my husband wriiten on the window glass panels! How fantastic and awesome guys! Thank you so much to Mr Dicky and his team, the Lady In Red Ms Monica & Dwinda for all the efforts! really appreciate it! thank u guys!🥰😍 and of course not forgetting the wide spread of varieties for our breakfast too which never dissapoint us!
To all the amazing friendly staffs without fail on greetings all the guets, offering for any help u guys are awesome! keep it up Kempinski staffs! thumbs up!
lastly not to forget ms geraldine who extended our chk out time due to out late afternoon flight!! Thank u so much and will definately come back whenever we are in Jakarta for sure!! Till we meet again!

Short trip (2days) to Jakarta this time and decided to stay close to where I needed to buy things (Grand Indonesia). Overall experience, excellent, especially the hotel staff! Looking forward to stay here again in the near future 😊

This hotel perfect for the firs timer to Jakarta. Located in the heart of Jakarta: Bunderan HI.
premium location near high brand malls, you can easily stroll for nightlife, culture and heritage also museums nearby.
hospitality excellent! I was upgraded to Grand Deluxe King type, and additional services for my husband bday.. really recommend this hotel to everyone who's first timer to Jakarta

Clean rooms, great location, good breakfast!
Service from front counter to cleaning staffs were impeccable! Would love to stay here again! Only downside is pillow is a little too thin to my liking.
