Amazing hotel not far from the airport and in the middle of the city centre with easy access to the main mall. The staff are extremely kind and I loved the stay. The bed was so comfortable and the view from the hotel is so good. The breakfast buffet was so good and full of different variety of foods. I loved the stay and highly recommend this place. There was a food sized gym and a pool as well.

The location is walking distance to Ayalla mall which is very convenient. the room was generally clean but the furnitures are a bit old and stained, it looked dirty. The room that i was given had a connecting door to another room which was occupied by others. I could hear their voices clearly when they are talking and laughing. I did not feel comfortable having that comnecting door, but since i was only staying for 1night, i did not ask to be transferred. I just felt like they should have told me before giving me that room. Those who plan to book here, if you are not comfortable having connecting doors to another room, better ask before checkin. Its really annoying when they think its ok.

I'm an avid client of your hotel. Everytime I have meaarings in cebu city, it is your hotel that comes first in my reservation. Usually I loved the way you progress check ins and check outs. It made us clients comfortable and easy. The rooms are perfect and the buffet is extremely great. I will recommend Quest Hotel to my friends and business partners.

The staff were really nice and they provided me a pill for flu since i was sick, but the room condition was not too clean than expected. The scent of the room was a bit moldy, and bathroom condition was a bit old and not too clean. But again the service was great

The location of the hotel is very good, and it is convenient to travel.
The facilities are very old, and the rooms arranged this time are particularly noisy. On the first day, the room was not cleaned well enough, and the sheets and covers were not changed.
There are many kinds of breakfast, so you should be able to find something suitable to eat.
