1.離火車站不算太近，出站步行起碼有15分鐘。出站往酒店的出口沒有扶手電梯，對行李多的帶娃出行家庭不友好。2.2月份零下8度的酒店的暖氣居然是擺設，衹能開掛壁空調。取暖效果差。空調噪聲大。3.入住時前台並沒有告知房間沒暖氣需要開空調。提前告知的話顧客還可以在外出遊玩前開好空調，回房間好歹就不冷了。衹字不提。4.洗澡水最熱都是温温的。5.綜上所述，這是一次很差勁的全季酒店連鎖店體驗。

住過最差的全季酒店，被子床單上都有血跡，真的太噁心了，給前台聯繫之後給我們換完房間之後，説是會給我們反饋結果沒有等到沒有任何處理，退房的時候也沒有主動提及還是我們提到了之後前台説了句抱歉就完事了。。。

我和娃出行最愛選擇的就是全季，女兒很喜歡全季那種竹藝的簡潔風。每個城市的全季都是一樣的風格，簡單，我喜歡！這個酒店就在長春火車站附近，步行可達，到火車站和地鐵站都很方便（火車站那就有地鐵站），車站附近還有寄存行李的地方，超市多，附近吃飯的地方也多。下次還會選擇全季！

攜程寫着可以免費升房，結果前台也沒提，我説了，説沒有房間了！進去以後呢環境猛一看還不錯，就是水池子壞了！插座口衹有床一側有！另一側沒有，也不知道是充電口太少，還是藏的太好！我們走的時候在沙發下面看到了一個插座口！洗完澡，沒有潤膚露！
