"First and foremost, this hotel was full of delightful surprises and truly unforgettable. If you love exploring forests, you can easily spend half a day just within the hotel grounds. For those who enjoy running or walking, the abundant negative ions in the park-like setting will leave you feeling refreshed and invigorated. Dinner was ordered at Building 7 – a simple yet satisfying meal of congee and chive pockets, which felt both comforting and light. As we were staying in Building 7, our breakfast was a buffet served there. Priced at 128 yuan per person if ordered à la carte, the quality was superb, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious dishes. A buffet breakfast is also available in the main building. Our initial plan was to visit Nanhu Park, but we ended up spending more than half a day exploring the hotel's expansive grounds instead. We had a delightful encounter with a family of sika deer and even spotted some charming chipmunks. The hotel's service and thoughtful amenities far surpassed what one might expect from a Hilton, truly understated yet incredibly attentive."

"Located near the bustling Hongqi Street, I blindly trusted this Atour hotel because I had a good experience at their other properties before. It just goes to show, even with a big chain, you should still do your research. Usually, when I stay at Atour, they provide drip coffee, so I didn't bring any on this trip. Upon checking in, I noticed there wasn't any in the room. I casually asked the front desk if they forgot to provide it (Atour's kettles are perfectly designed for drip coffee), and the front desk agent subtly implied that my room type wasn't 'eligible' for complimentary drip coffee. I was utterly baffled. First of all, it's not like I desperately needed those two packets of coffee; I could easily order delivery and have it in ten minutes. Secondly, while I didn't book a 'top-tier luxury lake view' room, I did book a 'superior city view king' room at a mid-to-high price point. And as a gold member, I'm 'not eligible'? Then, to top it off, the guy at the front desk condescendingly said that since I asked for it, they would send it up anyway. Well, no one ever sent it, not that night nor the next day until I checked out. I found it quite amusing – who cares about his two packets of drip coffee? Secondly, when checking in, the front desk girl mentioned we hadn't booked breakfast. I confirmed we wouldn't be having breakfast, and she silently rolled her eyes, but unfortunately, I saw it. I've been staying at Atour since before they had so many locations, and I initially thought their rapid expansion over the past few years was a good thing. However, ever since they started using celebrities to sell merchandise, it seems the experience of us loyal members no longer matters. I hope their new 'business model' can withstand the test of the market."

"I was initially worried the Yingbin Building might be too old, so we stayed in the Guibin Building instead. However, visiting the Yingbin Building in person, it's actually quite nice. "Our first stop on this trip was a hotel converted from an old building with nearly a hundred years of history. The staff at the front desk, both the gentlemen and ladies, were warm and attentive. The room was clean and hygienic. It's located opposite Victory Park, which is over a hundred years old, and the subway exit is just a minute or two away.
