I loved the design of the study near the elevator. They even helped store my luggage after check-out – so considerate! Highly recommend this new hotel. The receptionist, Xiao Xu, was fantastic."

"I've lived nearby for years, and after decades, I finally got the chance to stay here 😂. My room was upgraded, and the fruit platter and complimentary drinks were a nice touch 😊😊. **Facilities:** It was just renovated last year, so everything feels very new. The hallways are spacious, and each floor even has a lounge area. The rooms are all smart-controlled 👍. (Cons: There are only two elevators, the automatic toilet flush sometimes doesn't respond and finding the manual flush is a bit awkward. There's no place to hang towels in the bathroom, and the bathroom/toilet/shower doors are all very heavy and make a loud noise when opened or closed. The shower leaks water from the door crack). **Cleanliness:** Excellent. **Environment:** Excellent, with free parking 👍. **Service:** Excellent! The front desk staff were very enthusiastic. When they learned we didn't need tickets for the Liu Laogen Grand Stage, they gave us a complimentary drink voucher for the lobby bar. The lobby bar also has a great atmosphere!"

When checking in, they especially emphasized a quiet room, but the couple opposite was getting married the next morning, so it was noisy at 5:30 in the morning, and they started rehearsing, with about 30 people talking in one room. Congratulations to the newlyweds, but the hotel's service is too poor, and they don't know how to provide noise isolation for guests. Really speechless!"

"Having experienced hotels of all levels, I can confidently say that the Herun Hotel offers exceptional value for money, with quality that far surpasses similarly priced options. The service was exceptional. We stayed here for the entire five-night stay, from the beginning to the end. Our receptionist, Tianzhou, was incredibly kind and attentive, going above and beyond to accommodate every need. The rest of the hotel staff was equally attentive and responsive. Our child left behind an important Changbai Mountain souvenir before leaving, and Tianzhou quickly found and delivered it. Thank you to Tianzhou for making our trip a truly wonderful experience. The room was spacious and bright, with a well-planned layout, modern decor, and cleanliness. The view from the window was stunning, and there are two parks nearby, perfect for running. The pool and gym were both well-equipped, the temperature comfortable, and even with children's classes, it wasn't overcrowded. The breakfast was plentiful and high-quality, especially the chili oil sauce, which Sichuan residents appreciated. Changchun is a small city, making it easy to get around, and I'd recommend it to my friends. I'd definitely stay at the Herun Hotel again."

It is a quiet nature area, perfect for a walk in the early morning. Breakfast is good and has a good coffee as well. Thank u very much for this stay"

"Facilities: Very old, as the hotel is quite aged. The underground parking is difficult to navigate for cars. The curtains let in too much light, and on higher floors, the windows are drafty, making it hard to sleep at night as the curtains constantly move. The facilities are really subpar. Cleanliness: Pretty good, well-maintained. Environment: Directly opposite MixC mall, close to the city center. Service: Okay. I arrived quite late, so I didn't experience much."

We chose a hotel with hot springs to make it easier to get a scrub the next day, but it was so ridiculous. The room was 30 degrees Celsius, dry and hot. We finally managed to fall asleep with the door open and a staff member turning on the fan."
