酒店離車站挺近，環境也挺好的，設施齊全，早餐不錯，前台小劉很熱情很用心，給我們介紹了周邊的商場和超市，體驗很愉快。

感覺不像開元名都管理的酒店，裝修簡單，房間温度衹有21℃左右，衞生間估計20℃不多，很冷。早餐竟然不能堂食，送餐竟然是涼的。

房間裝修舊，設施舊，温度低，非常非常的低，一進門就看到地上擺着一個超大電暖器，預測房間温度就不怎麼好，所以一進房間就把電暖器和空調打開果然，等了一個多小時也沒變化。想着洗個熱水澡然後抓緊睡覺吧，結果浴室裏更冷！入住和退房都要排隊，人手不足。

當晚到酒店凌晨兩點 ，前台服務很一般，給攜程點大大的贊👍，給我免費升級了雙早，酒店設施很一般，房間空調聲音很大，響了一晚上，挺影響睡眠的，總體感覺不是物非所值，

哇，這個酒店沒有熱水。太晚了，以為自己哪個地方沒操作好，第二天早上起來把所有的水龍頭左右都試了一下，還是沒有熱水。服氣了

房間寬敞明亮衞生間乾淨舒適，洗澡水量大温度還穩定，浴盆儲水速度也快，溜達回來絕不會等水放好了也懶得動了😁，礦泉水居然給六瓶，真是管夠又貼心，入住第一天還有水果巧克力温馨小卡片，感覺好温馨，早餐也豐富，最難忘的是大冷麪，好純正，冷麪湯應該不是白糖調的，味道很像延吉的麥芽糖漿（個人感覺沒落實哦），啊對了，最最讓我印象深刻的就是大堂的小任，服務態度超級好，我帶着 90 歲的媽媽一起的，她長者家居然都能記住，誇這個閨女真好，五顆星有四顆半送給她，對了，也有小遺憾，據説開元的自助晚餐也非常好，海鮮牛排都有，可惜沒有老年人的訂價，我們就沒去吃🥲，希望酒店對老年人也要友好哦😊
