房間小，衞生間小，一股下水道的臭味，床也是一股味，還硬的很，出入一趟回來屋裡地上全是服務小廣告，這樣的賓館管理簡直太差，可想是什麼賓館

環境不怎麼樣，室內設施太舊了，空調竟然連上下導風板都沒有，衞生間地面如果有水穿拖鞋都能滑冰了！竟然也不提供防滑拖鞋！衞生環境太一般了！唯一的好處就是距離吉大二院挺近的。

酒店地理位置非常好。環境舒適，交通非常便利，離二院很近，房間打掃的非常乾淨，服務人員很熱情。房間很温馨，服務態度很温和，房間的採光非常好，非常安靜，睡得很踏實。設施也不錯，加強一下網絡就更好了，價格很合理，在市中心不算貴，住宿的環境和衞生要比同價位的快捷酒店好的很多很多，值得推薦
