房間很大，環境很好，酒店設施齊全，適合朋友出遊。朋友們表示都想再住幾天。
位置合適，前面就是湖，旁邊是花溪十三橋景區，景色很漂亮。

環境很好，房間也很有設計感。前台小妹妹雲意幫我們升級了套房，房間更大更漂亮，非常適合帶孩子一起住。配有一次性浴缸塑料套，可以放心地讓孩子在水裡玩兒個夠。早餐有非常好吃的宜賓燃麪！

酒店位置在景區中間，從西大門開車過去大概需要20分鐘時間，酒店的裝修風格和整體環境很不錯，是一家禪文化主題酒店，大廳和房間都有蠻多的禪元素，酒店很安靜，住進去能讓你遠離城市的喧囂，彷佛外面的市井都與你無關。前台接待的妹妹也很熱情，上午十點多就問我們好久到酒店，我們大概下午一點到酒店，她們還熱心的問我們有沒有吃午飯，需不需要幫我們推薦用餐的地方，後來進去我們在廣場上沒有找到酒店位置，她們也馬上出來接我們，幫我們拿行李送我們到房間，還很熱情的我們推薦旅遊路線，給我的感覺不是作為客人入住酒店，就像到闊別已久的朋友家一樣。這幾天入住的房間並不多，酒店沒有開啟自助餐，她們也是直接問我們早餐想吃什麼，可以給我們安排，簡直就像在家一樣好嗎，早餐想吃啥還能點餐。很棒的酒店，值得推薦

酒店在蜀南竹海風景區內，基本在山頂的位置，左右遊覽觀光都很方便，酒店的基礎設施很不錯，也很新，並且還提供非常周到得管家式服務，從入住到退房你有任何問題都能找到人處理並及時解決。 衞生狀況良好，房間內部打掃得很乾凈，也沒有異味，公共場所都有點香味道也很好聞，包括房間也有備香，根據你自己喜歡可以點或者不點。 環境優美，酒店坐在景區內部，環境非常好，前面是碧綠清澈的湖水，後面是翠綠翠綠的竹林，跟酒店名字一樣，有種歸與竹林隱士的感覺。大廳有禪驛酒店獨特的文化活動展示，住店的同時還能瞭解傳統文化。 早餐種類豐富，除了傳統的粥啊麪包之類的東西，還有宜賓特色燃麪，黃粑啊這些東西。 晨練活動，入住第二天早上跟着酒店工作人員一起打了一次，感覺身心得到了放鬆，老闆還是挺有情懷的，弘揚傳統文化，還能強身健的 整體來説，酒店依託於蜀南竹海景區，有着鮮明的禪文化特色，環境優美，工作人員認真負責，信我，選這家準沒錯
