Weather was cold. The staff mannigg by entrance door are all excellent, reception mostly good too ( depending on timing )
Good pickup 5 star for the friendly elderly gentleman.
Con - smoking rampant by other guests even on non smoking Floors . Some even hold cigarette in the elevator despite numerous no smoking signs everywhere.
Very lax and weak on enforcing by staff against guests who flout blatantly

Very spacious and comfortable. High quality bedding and very clean. Location is not too far from city center and staff are very helpful and friendly.

第一次入住，體驗很好。前台很熱情，給升級了房型，還送了早餐券。入住後，服務員很快就送來了水果酸奶，還有節日祝賀卡片。送機真的是專車專人送，師傅很健談，路途很愉快。
酒店設施齊全，因為時間短，沒有體驗。
等下次再來吧。
總體感覺服務到位，物超所值。

這次來長沙入住的這家酒店很滿意
1.設施很完善，整體很大氣，問前台説有500多間房算一個大酒店了。
2.交通很方便，到高鐵站機場都不遠，20來分鐘就到。
3.服務很熱情，感謝前台王茗浩贈送的早餐和客房阿姨熱情把我提拿行李還為我房間放了酸奶，很暖心。
游泳健身也很方便還是不錯的。
