The hotel's facilities are good value for money, especially the design of the bathroom is quite special. The two and a half hours delay during check-out was very friendly. From the window, you can see the river and the green park in the distance. Only the design of the room lighting needs to be adjusted. The reading lights are too bright, and the downlights and window lights are connected together to make it difficult to use."

The old-style corridors give people a sense of movie drama. Life is about experience. Every service staff in the hotel has a very good attitude, very enthusiastic, and will answer my questions. The overall feeling is great."

"The room had a washing machine but no laundry detergent; it was just for show. It was a duplex, but the second floor was empty, giving it a creepy feel. The doors inside looked like they could hide someone. The shower water pressure was weak and lacked impact. There wasn't enough toothpaste; I couldn't use it twice a day. The bedsheets had holes in them."

"I drove to Changsha and saw this hotel had good reviews and parking options, but I was a bit disappointed. It was a bit expensive compared to other hotels, and it was a 50-minute drive from the city center! The service was so-so. While the touchscreen air conditioner was high-end, I should have considered how easy it was to use. I struggled for ages and had to ask a staff member to open it for me. They said I had locked it, but I didn't know which button was locked! It was a bit of a hassle. The most ridiculous thing was the noisy air conditioner in my room! It kept making a loud, intermittent whirring noise, and I was assigned a room near the road. All I heard all night was the road and the air conditioner. [sigh] I would have changed hotels if I wasn't so tired. The cleanliness was okay, but the breakfast was just average. Parking was convenient, but if you're specifically coming for sightseeing, consider the distance. Overall, it was just average; I don't know why it had so many good reviews."

"I stayed in Room 2109 from June 13th to 14th, 2025, and my experience was an absolute nightmare. I chose this hotel because it's an international chain, but upon entering the room, starving, I realized I couldn't order takeout and there were no snack shops nearby, so I had to settle for instant noodles. When my phone slipped into the sofa crevice and I reached for it, I was horrified to find a used condom! There was also noticeable hair on the floor. Faced with this, I called the hotel operator, and a duty manager came up, quickly dealt with the foreign object, and then left in a hurry. Later, Ms. Hu, the Executive Housekeeper, came and offered various ways to 'settle' this privately to cover up the facts. Honestly, all I wanted was for the hotel to take this matter seriously and be truthful, and at the very least, ensure the room hygiene was up to standard so guests could stay with peace of mind."

The room is clean and tidy, with good soundproofing, ensuring a good night's sleep. Although breakfast isn't included, there's a Xin Jia Yi convenience store nearby, making it very convenient to buy breakfast. The service was also very attentive; I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next layover!"
