Perhaps because it's near the airport, it was incredibly quiet at night, unlike what I've come to expect from hotels in Changsha. It was a wonderful experience, and I'm grateful for the hotel management's attentiveness and thoughtfulness."

"The hotel is very close to the airport, only about 1 km away, and it takes just a 3-minute drive to reach the departures hall. The room is very new, clean, and tidy, with great amenities. The bed is very comfortable, and they provide two types of pillows: down and buckwheat. A special mention goes to the breakfast, which features fresh kuruma prawns, shredded pork noodles, and beef brisket noodles, as well as Changsha specialties like sticky rice cakes (tangyou baba) and scallion rolls."

Cleanliness was strictly maintained; the floors, tabletops, and even bathroom corners were spotless. The front desk staff were gentle and attentive, and the delivery robot for items was very convenient. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and the freshly prepared beef noodles tasted authentic. The hotel also provides a simple gym, self-service washer/dryer, and EV charging stations. The lobby lounge area was quiet and comfortable. It's suitable for both leisure and business travelers. I would definitely book again!"

"Extremely satisfied! Since I was in Changsha for hiking, I wanted to stay near the high-speed rail station. I'd never stayed at an Ibis before, and I was curious while researching, but after arriving, I realized my anxiety was unnecessary. Here are my reasons for recommending it: ① Location: It's 300 meters from Guangda Metro Station, the terminus of Line 2. It's only one stop from the South High-Speed Rail Station, and it takes 20-40 minutes to reach the city center and attractions—very convenient and direct. ② Facilities: The hotel is new, the building is tall, the rooms are upscale, and the views are expansive and fantastic, especially the sunset! ③ Service: There were staff at the entrance to open the car door and help with luggage. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and very quiet. The breakfast selection was varied. Because I was going hiking, breakfast hadn't started when I left, and they even packed some food for us—I was very touched. Since my train was at 7 pm, I asked if I could have a late check-out to allow for my last half-day of sightseeing, and the hotel staff were very helpful! Below are some actual photos. I didn't have time to take pictures of the room because I was rushing to catch my train, but it was truly excellent, great value for money, highly recommended! Special thanks to Una and Lina! As a tourist from out of town, it was your dedicated work that made me realize Changsha is a wonderful tourist city. I will definitely recommend your place to my friends in the future! Beautiful scenery to share, and happy National Day and Mid-Autumn Festival!"

The room is separated from wet and dry, the air conditioning heating/cooling effect is good, and the hot water is stable. Hotel location is convenient, there is free parking space. Quiet and not noisy, will not be disturbed. The details are full, the service is warm but not disturbed, whether it is a business trip or a short trip, it is suitable, it has been collected, continue to stay next time!"

The room was spacious and bright, fully equipped with smart devices; you could control the lights and air conditioning with your voice. The custom-made bed was super comfortable, and the high-quality toiletries instantly relieved travel fatigue. The 24-hour self-service laundry room and gym were incredibly useful, and the drying equipment was excellent—clothes were ready to wear immediately after washing. The breakfast was plentiful, including local Changsha snacks. The staff were friendly and helpful, even assisting with luggage storage. It was more comfortable than home! Highly recommended!"
