I chose this hotel because of the Holiday Inn Express brand, but I was disappointed. The hotel's hygiene management can really be described as terrible. There were hairs on the tea table, on the luggage counter, on the sofa, on the floor of the sink and on the towels, and on the toilet. I dare not use the mouthwash cup at all, because it is full of fingerprints and dirty stains. The kettle is also full of steam marks from the last guest. There is no sign of cleaning or disinfection at all. The breakfast has very few varieties, which is similar to that of an economy hotel. It is a very disappointing consumption.

The hotel is very conveniently located, close to the high-speed rail station and subway entrance, and easy to go out. The room I booked includes breakfast, the dining environment is very good, and the breakfast variety is rich. The room is bright and the mattress is very comfortable to sleep on. The front desk lady was very enthusiastic when checking in. I will choose this hotel next time I come to Changsha.
