服務員接待我們的時候坐在裏面吃着檳榔，接着私人電話，根本對我們沒有服務可言，房間窗户很小，空調機的聲音很大，樓道很窄，很悶，電梯也很小，床頭有個吊燈，設計非常不合理，我老公每起來一下被撞一下，沒有一次性拖鞋，涼拖鞋沒有消毒，洗澡堵漏又堵了很不方便，不能叫酒店，衹能説是賓館，被網絡上照片欺騙了

前台服務很熱情，灑店環境，設施，服務，衞生相當不錯，乾淨整潔，地理位置優越，有免費停車場很方便，非常推薦這裏。價格相當實惠，物超所值。總體來説非常滿意！能開各種發票，下次出差還會來。

這家酒店很不錯，位置很好找，房間提供兩瓶免費礦泉水，兩套洗漱用品，離中醫院超級近，走路幾分鐘，工作人員服務超級好，很有耐心，因為我住了好幾天，後面定錯房型，還給免費升級了一個房間，很推薦大家去體驗一下哈哈哈哈哈哈，酒店的布草也很舒服

輕奢榻榻米房間，一點也不輕奢
入住要求我交100遠按金
1、房間很小，房間的地板開裂明顯，很老舊，洗臉盆那邊的水龍頭的水真的太小了！
2、酒店房間裏沒有洗手液。
3、房間內沒有桌子，有一個小沙發，東西沒地方放置很不方便，最後沒辦法，東西全部放在了沙發上。
4、空調遙控器是壞的！打開顯示25度，怎麼按都無法調節器温度！數字也不會變！
5、酒店離地鐵站9百多米，不算很近。
6、退房時，有2個人直接在一樓大廳裏面裏面吸煙！商家客服看到了也不阻止，最討厭這種，室內吸煙是違法的。
好的點：廁所還算乾淨。

房間性價比高，附近有很多酒店對比了這家性價比最高的了，前台小姐姐也很好很熱情，這裏附近吃的超多很熱鬧，離中茂城也不遠，購物也很方便，位置相當好。
