衞生臟臟亂設施老舊，位置偏僻，服務態度十分不好，睡半夜被樓上流水聲吵醒，然後説要下去換房間，一開始説沒房間，然後説加錢換其他的房間，又説有房間了，就來回迂迴給了個模稜兩可的答案，還以為不加錢給我換了，第二天説從按金給我扣，氣死我了，實則換的那個房間也有流水聲，雖然小了一點，能勉強入睡，一開始説沒房間，讓退房去外面睡大街
