房東很熱情，服務態度好，提前打電話加微信給我發了位置，地方比較容易找，交通方便。房間內部設施低於預期，不過中秋酒店難找，這個價位也算親民。這是典型的民宿，房間很大，冰箱洗衣機鍋碗瓢盆什麼的也都有，比較適合家庭住。衞生什麼的都是房東自己做的，比較乾淨。不過因為我有點潔癖，沒有用房間裏面的拖鞋和毛巾（不是一次性的），不提供飲用水。總的來説房東很好，性價比也可以，不過不推薦要求較高的朋友住。

地理位置優越，離學校，餐廳很近，房間很乾凈舒適，床單被罩都是新的，wifi也很快，空調製熱也不錯，一點也不冷，洗浴設施也很全，洗髮水很香，品質對得起這個價格！ 阿姨服務熱情，人特別好，還給我送自己做的蛋糕吃，房間特別大，重點是還有廚房，各種餐具齊全，真的做飯特別棒，衞生間也特別大，是我住過最好的一家，價格性價比高，十分推薦。
